Always thought they were a lettings agent but have no mistake their sales team is one of best in Hitchin (if not THE best) Great communication from first instruction to updates on viewing feedback every time without fail. Made the whole process go like clockwork. Particular thanks to Jan Howard who is the most professional estate agent we've worked with.

I have been using Belvoirs to find tenant for my properties for 15years. I like their attention to detail. They respond quickly to issues and communication is good. I have no plans to change my agent!! I have been dealt with by Stephanie over the last year. Very approachable and knows the market. Sound judgement in evert case.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Belvoir enough. I sold my house through them over the summer and their aftersales service was second to none. John kept me up to date with how things were proceeding on a weekly basis and regularly chased people up and down the chain. Belvoir made the whole experience a lot more stress-free than it might have been otherwise.

The Belvoir team were great from the moment I spoke to them about putting my home on the market. It was an easy decision, and the right one. 4 months into the process and having had an offer accepted, we offered on a property that Belvoir had for sale and were accepted. Belvoir were with us every step of the way, literally! 6.5 months later and we were sat in the office for nearly 2 hours awaiting release of the keys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John and Jan for another sale or purchase.

Over the past six years as a tenant, the Belvoir team have provided us with professional friendly prompt service from original letting through renewals and any maintenance issues. Bronte Rockall in particular has been outstanding in dealing with any needs and liaising with the landlord to get a quick and appropriate solution. Always a pleasure to deal with.

Jan Furness from Belvoir is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any sector! Supported with my apartment sale and when it fell through, recovered it and sold it again. Goes above and beyond at every opportunity, getting involved in my purchase also, when needed, to support and acting as the bridge between all parties and solicitors to speed things along. If Jan cannot sell your house - and at pace, in a challenging market - I'd imagine no one can! If you've given up hope, viewings have slowed, offers are low - call Jan and ask Belvoir to support you right now :)
