GoogleI recently completed the sale of my flat in Hitchin and although there are cheaper online services, I am so glad I opted for Belvoir. Jan and John in the sales team were amazing from day 1 - Genuinely concerned about how your sale progresses and nothing is too much trouble to sort. If you’re considering selling your property in this area then look no further than the guys at Belviour!

GoogleI was impressed with the professionalism as demonstrated by Kacey during the viewing. Although we are not going to move ahead with the viewed property, I have asked her to please keep me updated on any future listings coming to market. It is refreshing to come across an individual who is passionate about their work.

Jan and John were both fantastic and I am so thankful that Belvoir took care of everything to make our move run as smoothly as it could - even when some setbacks happened along the way. We are so so happy in our new home!

GoogleBelvoir Hitchin have been our vendors' agents, however, they have been the most helpful, supportive and professional during our process of moving. John has kept us updated on the latest information from all parties and he stepped in when the road got rocky (even though it was outside of his responsibility). I cannot recommend this agency highly enough. If/when we decide to move again, Belvoir Hitchin will definitely be our choice!

GoogleAmazing experience. Me and my partner were looking for a year and John la Francesca was the most knowledgeable estate agent we had. Gave us great advice that made us rethink our plans. Both John and Jan were great at communicating- we were eager and they matched our enthusiasm which was fantastic making the process enjoyable. If we ever buy/sell again, we will definitely be calling Belvoir.
