Many thanks for Cole Bands!!! The moving and find the other property is always nightmare for me. Specially now, because I was looking for property with 2 dogs. Most of the letting agent shocked because of the dogs, one lovely lady told me straight away "one dog is enough problem, but two!?!?!" Of course I don't want to waste my time with negative persons. Finally I found a property on the Belvoir website. That was the first time when I closed that moving procedure with positive experience. I got a real support, and updates from start to end. I'm busy during the normal business time, and difficult to contact with me, but I doesn't feel it difficult with the Belvoir, they are very flexible and patient. Many thanks because of that professional lovely service!!! Especially for Cole!!

Booked a viewing with Cole, for a house in Hitchin. Cole was very professional and provided what may very well have been the best customer service I have ever received while househunting. He was knowledgeable about the properties, was willing to check answers to questions we had, and then took the initiative to follow-up himself. Great service, very personable employees. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the booking office seems to struggle with scheduling. My first appointment was cancelled, then rebooked for a day I couldn't do before finally being booked on a day that was suitable.

Moved to Hitchin with my partner two weeks ago for work. It’s our first time moving away from home (Suffolk) and Aleks made the process so easy for us. We had never moved into a property before and she was amazing and explained everything to us. The referencing, all of the forms to fill in and move in was really simple and made so straightforward by Aleks. Since moving in, If we’ve had any problems we’ve used the fix flow portal which meant any issues were resolved really quickly. We definitely recommend Belvoir, especially Aleks! Thank you Belvoir!

It was an easy decision to go with Belvoir after meeting John, as he is extremely personable and experienced in the Hitchin market. So I immediately knew he and Belvoir were the best agents to help sell my property. He valued the property higher than other agents we met and also at a lower commission. On the first day of viewing we sold the property at that value, which was a fantastic effort. Communication between Belvoir and us were always excellent right up to the point of completion. Belvoir (Hitchin and Stevenage) took over from a previous agent when I need help to evict a problematic tenant. They were most forthcoming with their advice and handled the process smoothly keeping me informed all through the process. Living overseas in Hong Kong, I have to rely on the agents on the ground to be honest and Belvoir have proved themselves each time.
