GoogleI recently used Belvoir Hitchin to find a room for my son. I found all the staff I came into contact with extremely helpful, nothing was too much bother. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property in the Hitchin area.

Dear Lindsay, I am aware that you have had some concerns at the start of your tenancy. As a tenant, I must inform you that your requests to get work carried out have to be authorised by the landlord. you raised these matters on Monday 6th August and since then, our office manager has visited you (on the same day) and raised your concerns as a priority with the landlord. The landlord sent a contractor to alleviate some of your concerns yesterday and more issues will be resolved in the coming days. GoogleWe were tenants in a property managed by the amazing Belvoir lettings team for the last two years. Emma and Megan managed our questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner and were always very helpful. We recently decided to purchase a property. Naturally we approached Belvoir's sales team and Jan could not have made us feel more comfortable with the process and gave us some great options and advice. Upon recently leaving our rental property, Stephanie bent over backwards to accomodate our move that became complicated due to Covid-19. Conor carried out viewings with prospective tenants and was always friendly, courteous and professional when coming over to the house. BELVOIR ALL THE WAY!

Dear Lilly I am a little surprised to see your review. You asked for a viewing on a property that we market. We carried out the viewing. We took your offer and communicated it to the landlord. It is now for the landlord to decide how to proceed. Leaving us a 3 star review even before the landlord has made a decision is a veiled threat that if they dont accept it..... I am not convinced that this review is appropriate and suggest you review our performance and not that of the landlord on our page.
