GoogleFriendly staff, Gavin and Cole from lettings were very personable, helped me deal with my application and would always take time to call or email back if they had been busy when I tried to reach them. Alex would always pass on a message or transfer my call efficiently. I even corresponded with the director Davinder, who took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. A very honest, well-run company and I would recommend them.

GooglePoor service from Belvoir in the process of re-letting the flat we are currently renting. We've had poor communication from staff (including ignoring multiple emails for weeks), the knowledge from staff about the property when doing viewing has been inadequate, many viewings have resulted in the flat not being left as it was found (including leaving every light on, with us being away for the weekend), in addition to a viewing happening without any notice from Belvoir. Staff clearly do not communicate either (demonstrated by one member of staff emailing requesting we pay a fee which we had paid the previous week). Would not recommend dealing with Belvoir.

GoogleI used Belvoir to manage my flat for almost 10 years, and was extremely happy and impressed by them throughout. So it made sense to use them to sell the flat too, since they could easily liase with the tenant regarding viewings etc. The whole process went was smoothly as was possible, and they worked with me to get the advertising, photos and price point right. Multiple viewings were booked and a buyer found in short order, and for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.
