I had a excellent experience from Hg premier lettings I dealt mainly with Natalie who was very professional any questions I had by email she answered straight away , i couldn’t physically view the property so she sorted a video viewing for me,I can’t praise her higher enough a great asset to any business, my only gripe is I had only moved in a few days and locked myself out and hg premier lettings charged me a £108 to come and let me in they are literally based 2-3 miles from my apartment, extortionate fee I would of thought as a one off they would of let me back in my flat for free , then kindly tells me afterwards we recommend you have a spare fob and key

Couldn't recommend this agency enough! While applying for a property Amy and Beth in particular stood out with their professional conduct and enthusiasm for the industry. I understand all agents are busy however these agents took the time provide a personal service which resulted in the perfect property for me, Having dealt with a couple of the agents within the Hindley office this agency has fantastic employees who have a great aura and are always happy to help no matter how big or small the problem, This seems to be very tough to find in the current climate so it was refreshing to deal with such a well rounded agency. Really poor management, my daughter had locked herself out of her flat on a Sunday, after relentlessly searching the internet for an out of hours emergency contact, there was nothing, the office number put us through to an answer phone message simply saying they're closed, you can report it via email although, as a neighbour said, they can take upto 28 days to reply. As a concerned parent I find it really worrying that there is simply no support/caretaker/out of hours telephone number, ridiculous. I will be ringing the office first thing in the morning to complain

Excellent service from HG premier lettings, everyone we have dealt with at the Wigan branch have been professional and extremely accommodating. Over the last month we have had a call to re-let a couple of our properties, this was handled by Amy Winstanley, and the team at the Wigan branch.. I'm happy to say these were dealt with effectively, efficiently, and we were always kept informed of what was happening, and why. There was obviously a lot going on in the background, but we were always made to feel a priority, and queries handled in a professional manner and response times were kept to a minimum. The first of my 3 properties had been let within 2 days of marketing which is refreshing as a landlord knowing our properties are in safe hands. Our agent Amy has been brilliant, can not fault her professionalism and communication. Took time off work to visit a property advertised by HG on Rightmove. Communication leading up to the visit was efficient and quick, had a good feeling and was excited to visit. Got to the building and quickly realised I had been completely mislead - property had no gym like listed, no green roof terrace, no communal working space, no nice lounge. The girl who was doing the viewing didn’t have any answers when I asked her why isn’t there a gym. I called up the office to speak to someone more senior and had to walk her through her own listing as she first denied that it had been listed with a gym. Also pointed out another few mistakes for her whilst there. Waste of time .The building was also under construction which wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

I have had an incredibly harrowing experience with HG Premier Lettings. I was forced to move within 2 weeks as my neighbour had threatened me repeatedly and banged on my door violently and aggressively. Despite this behaviour, the letting agency took no action against this person and when I tried to move due to compromised safety, they insisted on charging full rent despite my circumstances. They then proceeded to deduct over a quarter of my deposit as cleaning fees that most definitely did not reflect the state I left my flat in. I have never felt more unsupported and unsafe in my own home and renting with HG Premier Lettings has put me through considerable stress and financial strain.

If I could give no stars I would, absolutely would not recommend for someone looking to rent. I had several issues with my property, which included a crack in the window which i repeatedly asked for help with. They refused to return my deposit at the end of my tenancy without showing proof of issues that I was accused of causing to the property. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed at a studio flat at Bridgeman house during spring and summer. Nice and quiet room with access to a spacious shared kitchen with everything I needed. HG were a good agency to deal with and responsive to any issues or problems I had. There were a few niggles with Internet access for the first month which was somewhat grating, but once this was sorted there was high-speed Internet available every day. Overall, I was happy with what I received for the money and would use HG again in the future.
