We have had such a great experience with HG Lettings, special thanks to Natalie. Natalie was so helpful, accommodating and would always reply to an email or call. What stood out the most for us, was that we couldn't attend the viewing due to my shift pattern, the team attended the viewing on our behalf and completed a video which was shared via WhatsApp. This is now our forever home. We are so happy and grateful for the girls help and support. Fantastic team and service!

Absolutely ridiculous. Applied for a property, and was told it had sold after paying a holding deposit and filling out details for the tenancy. Then was relocated to another in the same development, only for it to happen again! Do not use, if a company doesn't have the foresight to not list a property for rent when they're also planning on selling at the same time I don't think they should be used by anyone. I'm now without a home and this has completely jeopardised me. Thank you to Natalie for being very accommodating and actually trying to help but thats about as far as my thanks can go. SHOCKING.

Had a slight problem with one of the neighbours at my previous flat so I needed to move. With the amount of stuff I had accumulated over the years I needed to move probably anyway. The process pretty much stress free moving g between the two properties, the only blip being recieving the wrong key on move-in day. However this was quickly rectified by the manager coming out after finding it and handing over, so I was able to move in with no issues. Pre-move communication was really good and they have an automated reference check system that makes things very easy and straightforward. When it came to asking questions and organising move-ln, special thanks to Natalie and Bethany. They were very helpful in regards to this being very flexible and sending over all the information I needed. On returning my previous flat to the lettings agent I was contacted very quickly about my deposit which I received in full. I recommend anyone to have your flat cleaned professionally, as you will receive your deposit. All in all very happy with my move in / move out process and enjoying my new place 🙂

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. A significant portion of my deposit was deducted without any clear explanation or supporting evidence, despite the property being left clean and in good condition (with photo and video proof). Multiple attempts to request clarification were ignored, and no proper breakdown or justification for the charges was provided. Additionally, there were occasions where the maintenance team entered the property without prior notice, including when I was not present, which is highly concerning. Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism has been very poor. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Almost half of my deposit gone

After almost 2& half years renting for this company everything was fine until I gave a notice to move out. I cleaned this property with the help of my family to a high standard and all the company did was to rip me off almost half of my deposit accusing me of not cleaning the oven and freezers, also got threatened about court orders if I didn’t pay the amount claimed. I don’t recommend them after this kind of treatment towards tenants.

Extremely poor and distressing experience, avoid. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this letting agency, primarily due to the conduct of an agent named Natalie. After my application was approved and referencing completed, the agency abruptly cancelled the tenancy based on shifting requirements that were introduced late in the process. I was repeatedly given inconsistent explanations, pressured to agree to new terms, and asked to act on unreasonable deadlines that contradicted earlier written information. Communication was particularly poor. During a phone call, I was spoken over repeatedly, no flexibility was shown, and the call was ultimately terminated by the agent while I was trying to explain my position. This alone speaks volumes about the professionalism on display. Despite my efforts to cooperate, attend inspections, and propose reasonable solutions, the situation escalated unnecessarily. I was left feeling bullied rather than supported, with no genuine attempt to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter. This process was stressful, unfair, and handled without care or transparency. I would strongly caution anyone considering this agency to think twice, especially if you value clear communication, professionalism, and being treated with basic respect.

I recently had some tenant challenges to do with a property that HG premier Lettings manage. I was fortunate enough to call and get to speed to an engaged, professional and empathetic Natalie Breheny who surprisingly felt I should not be taking on any stress regarding tenant complaints. She was professional and advised me that the issue will be resolved and within two hours sent a mail detailing the issues and clarifying the solutions and confirming that this had been resolved. She was extraordinary and for me made me think more highly of HG Premier lettings as she illustrated in her actions the value and benefit of working with HG. Premier Lettings , special the team from Hindley is amazing really good . I’m live in my apartment from 2018 and all i can say is that this agency has never change during this years with the help when it was need it.All the time when there was a problem they answer fast but also the problem got fix fast . All the team is really friendly and the communication with them is so easy . All the building is clean as they clean it every week . All i can say if you need a flat , apartment or house go to them and you will get the same help like me , and you will left from them with a smile on your face and a key from your new home. 🙌🙌🙌

Hey everyone I hope reading my review I be tenets of hg for 3 years when I move it to House when he show me it was everything nice but one week after all that painting coming of and all pipes leaking the house got a lot of problems and I telling hime come to fixing all that problem he saying it’s not our problem and I spend a lot of money on This House and I can’t do anything because he take 6 months payment on front and 1 month deposit and I spend more than 1000£ on that house and last 2 months ago I give hime notice I want move out of the property and he should refund my deposit but when i give him back keys but he want to take 405£ on my deposit/ And first time when we moved in I writing review and I share all that picture you see it now and after 6 months to many people see it and from hg send someone to talk to me about that review saying to me please 🙏 deleting your review because to many people see it it’s so bad for our company because hime I deleted but he is not appreciate it what I did for hime just why I want everyone no what he did to me I hope nobody take the house from hime
