She repeatedly went above and beyond and as I write this on the day we’ve completed, I can safely say we wouldn’t be sitting in our new home if we’d gone with another agent. There were so many hiccups and issues, none of which was anything to do with Yopa or Leanne but she still went above and beyond to help us resolve them. We owe her a massive thanks. Be warned - you do not pay up front but after a period you will be charged irrespective if you’ve sold or not. If your property does not sell within a period of time, of which I was not informed, they will simply take your property off the market without notice or discussing the options, just a message on the app saying your time is up, goodbye! Poor service and I would not recommend.

Certainly not recommended. We purchased their service and set up an account. Then we startred waiting for their agent to respond to our questions and start our listing. This never happened. After 6 weeks, several emails and phone calls, we cancelled the service. The name of the agent is Marcus Goode. Other than this, their process is not clearly defined in their website and what you face after signing up is much different than how it's advertised in the website.

They’re not bothered. Tried to arrange a valuation. Their website says book here online! It’s quick and easy! One of our agents will come and value! So book it in on their online system. Then get a phone call while I’m at work which I obviously can’t answer. Then the next day another call, again whilst at work. Couldn’t answer and so they immediately cancelled the appointment.
