Was booked in for a viewing on a saturday at 1 pm.. had to travel to place..just to stand around for half hour.. and no agent or tenant their for viewing..wasted my one day off work..

Frankly, we made a massive mistake trying to sell with Yopa. The use hard sell and misinformation to get you to pay upfront and send what we can only imagine as fake viewing appointments where nobody turns up, and after initial interest only send on average 1 viewing a month. Steer clear of companies that charge before they sell, because they just won't bother

Avoid at all costs. Buy cheap buy twice is exactly where I am where I had to list with a local agent now who've been excellent in comparison to Yopa, fees for local are an extra 1.5k but completely worth it. In 10 months there was only 2 viewings. and I've had 12 viewing in 2 weeks with local agent. Totally appalling service.

Terrible experience. The experience with YOPA started positive looking at the house and valuing the house around the mark where I thought it should be. We paid for our agent to take people round. However everytime a viewing was requested we were asked if we could show the people round, this proved tricky as we both work full time. Eventually we got a sale and was told we didn't have to do anything and they would be intouch. I heard nothing and ended up getting a solicitor off my own back once we found a house that we liked. Everything was in place and then the estate agent I was buying from contacted me informing me that I couldn't use a different estate agent which was incredibly overpriced. I ended up having to pay £300 to use my own solicitor. In short they cost me £1,800 did no legwork, had no commination and had no incentive to sell the property as they were getting paid at the end regardless. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I asked Yopa to value my mothers house. She had sadly passed away. An appointment was made for Joseph to appraise the property’s value. He confirmed everything by text so I knew exactly what the situation was throughout. Joseph turned up on time and was extremely engaging and professional. Highly recommend.

Called over the weekend to arrange a viewing and was told on the phone that it was booked for Tuesday. Shortly after, I received an email saying the viewing was only a request and would not be confirmed until another confirmation email was sent, which was quite confusing.

Terrible service ! Booed a valuation a week ago agent called day before asked if it w as my main property and did I live in it, what difference that makes I will never know but basically told me just arrived back from holiday and that he was only valuing properties that were active to sell this property is active to sell but he never asked me anything about it. Complete waste of time and energy.

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received. In six months on the market we’ve had only two viewings, which is far below expectations. Communication has also been poor, messages often go unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored and unsupported. I’m increasingly doubtful about the original valuation, which now seems unrealistic given the lack of interest. Additionally, we felt actively dissuaded from choosing a no-sale-no-fee option, which in hindsight would have been more appropriate. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has not inspired confidence. If thinking of using Yopa please use no-sale-no-fee.

Hi , our house sale fell through at the very last minute but thanks to Gillian Fleming and her team we had viewers again within days and I’m happy to say it has now sold so would highly recommend and use them again .
