I can honestly say that Kelly and Helen couldn't do enough for us. It's hard being tenants and having to jump through the usual hoops - Blundells walked us through every step and made the whole thing painless. The only downside is that one can't engage with hookers on the property as part of the general T&Cs - one also can't maintain a motorboat in the lounge....

Always prompt to get back to me, she have gone above and beyond in terms of communication to me while I was living overseas , managing the property and remedying and effecting repairs when things didn’t work out well the tenants.

Nothing but words of praise for Blundells in Hillsborough. They are incredibly efficient, prompt to answer any question you throw at them and they do all this with a fantastic smile. We rented a property with them and this was my first ever experience. Kelly patiently answered all my questions and gave us ALL the information we could ever need. Thumbs up all round!

I had tried selling my property through two other agents without success, so when Blundells said they were confident they could sell it I was naturally sceptical. However, within weeks they had found me a buyer and at a higher price than I had anticipated. All the staff were cheerful, polite and efficient and I can't thank them enough. Having recently sold a house with them, found them to be very friendly helpful and professional, quick to respond to queries and definitely on the ball. It was a very smooth sale. Don't know what we would have got with a cheaper fixed fee rather than % of sale but feel that it was worth the difference and that their local knowledge contributed to the sale.

Kelly showed us the property and introduced us to the landlord, which was key as he had several applicants to choose from.
