Me and My partner used Blundells to purchase our property and we used Tracy Ward the mortgage adviser who saved us so much money and simplified the process, Hollie Fletcher negotiated the sale and kept us well informed, the sale took about 8 weeks to complete which we was very impressed with, Buying and financing our house through Blundells was the best decision we have made, we would also like to add the lovely, friendly atmosphere in the office every time we visited.

I’m an experienced landlord and I’ve recently used Blundells as my letting agency and they’ve been absolutely fantastic . Specifically , I’ve had Miss Kelly Boot leading on the viewings and she’s managed to finalise a tenancy contract on the very day I completed a purchase for a BTL !! She’s demonstrated proactive ness and in previous interactions has demonstrated a clear feel for the pulse of the market and needs of the client base ( tenants ) She’s always responded quickly and accurately to email queries and text messages . This branch is fantastic! I've had the pleasure of speaking with a number of the staff here, both in person and via email/phone. They're always quick to help answer any queries you have and assist with issues you may experience during your tenancy. I've never felt rushed when viewing properties and they always give you space to look around at your own leisure. They're always happy and always serve with a smile...they even sound like they're smiling on the phone!

My experience with renting through Blundells over the last year and a half has been extremely positive! From the first house viewing, the girls there have gone above and beyond to help me with any query I've had or anything that I've needed. I’m from London and recently purchased a property in the S5 area of Sheffield. Being unfamiliar with the area I researched various agents to find tenants, and manager the property for me. Taking into account initial customer service and professionalism of staff, I went with Blundells in Hillsborough, and they have been excellent. Blundells handled the sale of our last property and achieved a sale price £55,000 higher than an absolutely identical property next door but one, which was marketed with another agent ! Dave Green valued the property and, due to the great brochure, photos and marketing, our house was sold in the first week. This was a massive success and contributed greatly towards the cost of the new property, that we have just moved into. We also used their solicitors for the conveyancing on both properties who, coincidentally, were the same solicitors we would have used if we had appointed our own. Reasonable fees and an online system to monitor progress from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Hillsborough Blundells have been fantastic from the start. They have been incredibly efficient at arranging viewings and handling the offers process. We needed to sell our house quickly and they have done absolutely everything possible to make this happen. The team have been great at offering advice but also completely happy to take our needs and feelings on board. Excellent sales and admin skills but without being pushy. This is our 3rd experience of selling and by far the best estate agent we have used.

I have used Blundells four times for the same property over recent years and the service has always been great. Even when there was a financial mix up by the accounts team, Kelly and her colleagues quickly sorted it out. They have a really friendly service and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out. It has never taken them very long to find tenants, and the tenants always praise their services too. I would recommend them to anybody and I will certainly be using them again, their customer service and after sales contact is exceptional.
