We have just recently sold our house with Blundells! We personally dealt with Dawn Leaman & Scott Jenkins, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional throughout and made a thorough review of our property when we first booked our appointment with them. Their knowledge and information has been helpful throughout and remained professional everytime we spoke with them. We sold our house in just 7 days and opted for their solicitors package as it was an offer we couldn't refuse, we had drone shots and the most professional photos done of the property which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

My experience of listing our house with Blundells in Hillsborough has been overwhelmingly positive throughout. The valuation was done efficiently, and the documentation was prepared quickly. Potential buyers arrived almost as soon as the Sale Board was put up, and within a few days, we'd accepted an offer for our house, which is now proceeding to completion. While all the staff have been most helpful, Jenson Bemrose has clearly been the driving force.

My property became vacant at short notice. I contacted Blundells, because they have done both tenant find and full management for me before. Liam was very good at establishing what rent was attainable, and quickly getting it on the market. As soon as the old tenant left we had viewings, and Maddy was in charge of that and did a great job. We did a full redec and changed appliances in the kitchen, and it was only 14 days from tenant leaving to new tenant taking possession. That's certainly a record for me. So full marks to both Liam and Maddie, and I would recommend Blundells Hillsborough to everyone. Thanks.

Abigail was superb from start to finish in helping me complete my first home purchase. Abigail went above and beyond in helping me identify and purchase my property. She was was proactive in firstly helping me find the right place and then once I agreed to purchase, she kept me updated regularly. Abigail also brokered my mortgage as she changed roles within Blundells and was tireless in making sure I got the best possible rate. After struggling to sell with a different agent, we switched to blundells. They were amazing, so helpful and friendly. They conducted viewings on our behalf while we were away so that we didn't lose interest, and we had a buyer in about a month. We dealt with Abi at the beginning, then Chris for thr majority. Both these members of staff were amazing, I particularly want to mention Chris who was very patient and kind. I felt understood and supported throughout a difficult few months, and he worked so hard to keep everything on track and everybody happy. I would not advise anyone - whether you’re a landlord or a tenant - to do business with Blundells. Their property management service is simply not acceptable. Despite repeated attempts to get in touch, including emails to different managers and to their parent company Countrywide, the issue remains unresolved and most emails have been ignored. The property management team has failed to respond, leaving the tenant completely in the dark and without the urgent repairs they need. It is unacceptable that a tenant is forced to chase third parties (such as myself) just to find out what is happening, when the responsibility for action lies with Blundells. This level of neglect shows a clear lack of care and professionalism. Since leaving this review, the branch has tried contacting me to tell me to remove it. They stated that it was not their fault because their client had not paid the money - despite Blundells assuring me that the payment would be made. Blundells need to stick to the agreements and assurances they gave me, rather than shifting responsibility elsewhere. Instead of asking me to take down my review, they should be contacting me to apologise and to explain why dozens of emails were ignored. To date, the property manager has still not responded and they never gave me an explanation. I also submitted a data request under GDPR, which was not answered within the required timeframe, so they have also failed to comply with GDPR which is concerning. I will be reporting them to the ICO. Blundells is also part of the Connells Group, which was featured in a recent BBC Panorama investigation.

I went through Blundells Hillsborough in order to purchase my first house. As a first time buyer this process was daunting. However I was lucky enough to get Abi as my estate agent who was absolutely amazing! She talked me through all the processes and kept me up to date with any updates and movement with the property. Abi made the buying process much more relaxing and reassuring that things were actually getting done and progressing when the solicitors failed to update me. Moving is stressful in general and with the renting market as it is we were particularly worried to be making a big move from London to Sheffield. I spoke to many Sheffield based lettings agents who were dismissive and unmovable about viewings but, Blundells is entirely different in the best way! They gave us great freedom around when we'd be in Sheffield to see properties. The staff are all lovely from the moment you pick up the phone even for small questions. Hannah, Isabelle and Amy in particular are exactly the type of person you need when moving: calm, compassionate and caring. We have now sorted a brilliant let in a wonderful area and it was hassle free. When complete Blundells passed us to the private landlord with ease and peace of mind which is just what I needed starting in a new city. The day we picked up our keys they were just as nice in person as on the phone! We even got a welcome package full of useful things you forget to have straight at the top of the moving boxes like toothpaste. Couldn't recommend more thank you so much Blundells.

The team at Blundells were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of moving. The friendly and professional surveyor put no pressure on me when I had the initial valuation which was really different from my experience with other estate agents. This made me choose Blundells for the sale of my property and this level of service and professionalism was continued throughout. As a single person, I found the solicitors and everyday demands quite overwhelming at times but Abby, Rebecca and Hayley were always there to help and guide me through the procedures. Even though I must have called everyday, they never once made me feel like I was a pest, which I’m quite sure I was! I have highly recommend Blundells to everyone who knows my moving story.
