If I could give ten stars I would!! I don't know how I would have coped with the hassle of moving if it hadn't been for the service I got from the girls at the Hillsborough branch. Rebecca went above and beyond with all the help she gave me, patiently explaining everything and sorting my problems and always with a smile although I must have driven her crazy calling in all the time!!! She was efficient and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, shes a great asset to the team!! A shout out too for Abbie, who also helped me such a lot and always reassured me and made me smile, in fact all the girls in that office were amazing. Thank you so much for keeping me sane during a stressful time!!

Moving is stressful in general and with the renting market as it is we were particularly worried to be making a big move from London to Sheffield. I spoke to many Sheffield based lettings agents who were dismissive and unmovable about viewings but, Blundells is entirely different in the best way! They gave us great freedom around when we'd be in Sheffield to see properties. The staff are all lovely from the moment you pick up the phone even for small questions. Hannah, Isabelle and Amy in particular are exactly the type of person you need when moving: calm, compassionate and caring. We have now sorted a brilliant let in a wonderful area and it was hassle free. When complete Blundells passed us to the private landlord with ease and peace of mind which is just what I needed starting in a new city. The day we picked up our keys they were just as nice in person as on the phone! We even got a welcome package full of useful things you forget to have straight at the top of the moving boxes like toothpaste. Couldn't recommend more thank you so much Blundells.

Hayley and the team are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble, we had a lot of problems with the conveyancers but without the hillsborough team I don't know what we would have done. They was letting us know at every opportunity what was happening which was brilliant of them to do so. The team work very hard to do what ever they can for their clients. Scott Jenkinson did an outstanding job for us. He came up with the idea of splitting the family home and garden plot, putting application to planners to build houses in the garden and sell them off separately to increase value. We've just recently re-let our property with yourselves. You act as our managing agents, and we've been with you for 6 years. I've been dealing with Liam Murphy-Bigley. It's all ran so smoothly from start to finish. Really good marketing, and he found us new tenants, after only 6 days on the market. He's really polite, and extremely efficient. Quick to respond, and constantly keeping us updated. He makes everything seem so easy. A real asset to your office, and a total pleasure to deal with him. Nothing much seems to be working, in the UK, at the minute, so this gives me hope. Rather confusing for landlords in the current climate, , with the looming, ever changing rules and regulations, but I'm really reassured with your expert guidance in the office, and know we're all in good hands. I have used Blundells in Hillsborough recently to sell my property.Marie kept me up to date with all aspects of the selling process and was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries.If she was not available other staff members would always endeavour to assist. Following the great service received from Blundells,another family member has instructed Blundells to market their property which was sold in one week with the same great service. I would also like to mention Tracy,who is the mortgage advisor at Blundells.She sorted a mortgage out for my son to buy an apartment, and worked tirelessly to achieve this and " made it happen" through her efforts and hardwork he is now a proud first time home owner. Adam squeezed me in for a viewing at the last minute, and helped me every step along the way when I wanted to apply for the property. My experience with the team at the Hillsborough branch has been very positive. You are always greeted with a smile and welcomed when you enter Hillsborough Blundells. The team kept me up to date with what was going on and were always on hand if I had any questions or needed some advice. We had a few little bumps on the way which the Hillsborough team took care of with no disruption to my day to day life. A long winded process that was delayed numerous months, however this was no fault of the staff at Blundells. Sarah and Hayley were brilliant at responding and reassuring everything was being dealt with, chasing solicitors up for responses etc. I do believe the whole process of purchasing a property needs modernizing and revamping to improve the overall customer service, maybe with all enquires and searching on a property being done or partly completed before the purchasing process begins so a lot of the smaller don't hold up the overall move. My wife and I were looking to move from Derbyshire to Sheffield during the pandemic. Due to the distance we struggled to get to viewings in the city and were getting a little disheartened.
