In our recent experience we can honestly say that 5 stars is simply not enough for this wonderful, very hands on and friendly service. Recently out of the military, we are new to lettings! We had no idea where to start only that we were recommended to Kelly and her team and wanted to look around South Yorkshire, Sheffield and surrounding areas. The team were extremely helpful and found us the house we were looking for in a beautiful part of Sheffield. We are extremely happy and couldn't recommend them enough! I have been in the process of buying a property via the Blundells Hillsborough branch since March 2024. The process has been plagued by abysmal communication from Blundells and, even worse, service from their in-house recommended solicitors. On multiple occasions, the estate agents have agreed to answer our queries but never return calls, while the solicitors have sat on the information and refused to act on it. The process has been going on for circa six months with no end. Avoid this estate agent and solicitors at all costs.
