GoogleI didn't use Blundells directly, however the house we purchased was advertised with them. They were helpful and responded quickly. A few issues along the way but overall a good team. Hayley was especially helpful and handled any issues we had promptly.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service trying to rent a house through this company even with fully managed service. Mistake after mistake both for myself and my tenants. The final straw was failing to let me know my last tenants hadn’t renewed their tenancy and the house was sat unoccupied! I would strongly recommend using another letting agent in the area. It’s not worth the headache and stress with Blundells.

GoogleI attempted to arrange a viewing of a property this estate agent have for sale and was told I couldn't view it unless I booked an appointment with their in-house mortgage broker. If there isn't a regulation against this, there certainly should be. EDIT 20/05/2021: Blundells/Countrywide have confirmed to me that all people hoping to arrange a property viewing HAVE to consult with their mortgage broker. Apparently, this is due to Covid-19 safety guidelines and to ensure people can afford the property they want to view, but its quite clear that they are just attempting to drum up some business for their broker.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI cannot credit the team at Blundells enough, from start to finish with regards to renting a property, Helen & the team where absolutely fantastic they made sure everything was dealt with regards to setting up the agreement to making sure the property was ready to move into on the date that was agreed, there has been no hassles or disappointing issues after moving in, I would recommend Blundells in Hillsborough to anyone that is wanting to rent or buy ! GoogleBlundells have managed our buy to let portfolio for numerous years, and they do such a thorough job between landlord and tenant facing activities. Annette oversees the maintenance, and is a real gem - makes our experience totally faultless. Helen manages the portfolio amazingly, extremely approachable and friendly. The whole team (I could mention many!) are great and no problem remains unsolved. Thank you for fully managing our portfolio with care and expertise.

FacebookThe most incompetent people I have ever dealt with, and I’m not just talking about estate agents. They are actually vile. I’m referring to the Ecclessall Roar branch anyways. Nikki and Megan to be even more specific. I see that this branch haven’t bothered making a FB page, that’s probably due to their 2 star rating and their reputation of being an absolute laughing stock within the industry. After making countless mistakes they did own up and admit it was their fault, but only when presented with irrefutable proof via email thread (I’m happy to forward this to anyone interested so you don’t have to waste your time with these creatures). Their response after admitting fault was telling me that I have to sign a new 6 contract (I had already been living there for 4 months and they still hadn’t sorted my contract out) or leave the premises that day. In a nutshell they made me homeless during the coldest months of a pandemic. When I suggested that this was highly illegal and that I would be pursuing litigation, Nikki from blundells shouted at me and said that she won’t put up with threats, when obviously that is the proper next step in a case like this. On top of this they messed up rent payments and made so many avoidable mistakes.
Can’t even get through to Hillsborough letting agency, don’t know how they do business
