GoogleNot the cheapest admin fees around but the BEST service by far!! The girls in the office at hillsborough listened to my needs for a property to rent , booked a viewing and am now a happy tenant in the perfect property. Would recommend as saved me so much time viewing houses that were not suitable

GoogleWarm and friendly personal service. I felt very looked after throughout the whole process. David initially visited my house for the valuation and wasn't pushy in anyway with his sales pitch. Sarah then headed up the sale and provided a top notch service. I have no hesitation in recommending this great team.

GoogleI received a first class service from Blundell's when selling my house, they were extremely friendly and experienced people, they acted very quickly in marketing my property, they engaged a superb photographer, and put together an amazing brochure, my house sold within a week. I could not have expected more.

FacebookAvoid!!! They are heartless, scamming and I’ve had enough!! Moved out weeks ago but they refusing to pay my deposit back even though I have caused no damage to the property and cleaned it throughly. They said it’s because I hadn’t removed a spare bed from the property, which would be fair enough but when I moved in, there was a spare bed which hadn’t been removed AND I (ME!) HAD TO GET RID OF IT!! Not them! They didn’t reimburse me for the cost and the previous tenant got her deposit back. One rule for them, another for me! Got the bed removed by council, but I keep getting excuse after excuse as to why this money won’t be returned! Now, it’s that “the person who processes deposit returns, is on annual leave”. One person for processing? Are you for real? They have put me in absolute financial hardship and impacted my health with unnecessary delays. I even asked for their complaints procedure but this was ignored I had to pester to find out. No apologies offered, lack of empathy about the situation and their hold up. I am not taking the complaint further because this is a joke. Lastly, I went to view a new property last month with them and wow... mould up the walls, in the plastering, bathroom but they were still flogging it like a dead horse. Don’t care unless they get their money and that’s their attitude! Go to YOURMOVE, they are fantastic!

GoogleThe most useless agency ever, followed by lies and promises they don’t keep. As soon as they get their money, literally impossible to get anything from them. Even where landlord agrees to help agency would not care. Extremely expensive and worthless. Would not recommend ever to anyone.

GoogleWe were really happy with the service we got from Helen. It was the first time we had rented our home and we found Blundells friendly and efficient. Although we couldn't always get someone on the phone, emails were replied to promptly with a follow up call if necessary.
