Already several months with Vine Estates and it feels like it was still honeymoon. Charm, kindness, and constant readiness to help if it needed. I might complain if only had time to do so, such fast are their reactions to an inquiry.

GoogleUnhelpful estate agent, asks a lot of questions over the phone and ....
Agent replied Β· 23 October 2024
Good afternoon. When you contact an estate agent to view a property, initially the agency will conduct a brief registration to obtain your personal contact details, understand your situation, work out your requirements and then ultimately see if we are able to match you up and organise a viewing for the property you have either enquired about, or see if we have anything else that may also work for you. This is a fairly standard process across the board and I apologise if you feel that our registration process is over protracted. We go through a thorough registration, in order to save wasting the prospective tenants time, the landlord/vendors time and our time by booking people in for viewings where we will not actually be able to proceed if an offer is put forward. I hope you are able to find a property which meets your needs and requirements elsewhere. Kind regards Management
