GoogleDid not turn up to a message-confirmed viewing. Argued over the phone with me and blamed me for not confirming the viewing appointment. No professionalism. Definitely no manners. I turned up straight on the dot with the confirmed time. No one was there. Tried calling up many times and no one called back. Spoke with a lettings agent today. Was very very rude and so unprofessional. Argued with me over the phone and had no manners in how to talk to a client. Would never ever recommend people like this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and have a tarnished name under estate agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI recently engaged with Vine Estates to assist with my first ever rental property. Being new to the process, I found it very comforting working with Vine as they explained every step in detail, answered any questions I had, and kept me updated regularly along the way. Once a suitable tenant was found, all the paperwork was dealt with quickly and the move-in was managed very efficiently. I'd 100% work with Vine again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family moving forward.

GoogleThe process of credit reference checks for us as a prospective tenants started troublesome due to our different types of employment status. Needing far too many documents raised up concerns about security of our data. We accepted that they are following some specific procedure. Overall, we could see they are very nice people and we understood their aiming for a good and positive outcome.

GoogleVery bad agency. They don’t even respond you when they are contacted. They are for videos of your house to see how clean you maintain and never contact you back
Good afternoon Glenda. I would like to advise that we did respond back to your husband with feedback that your offer had been rejected. We did not request a video, it was requested by the landlord. It was mentioned to you when you put forward your offer that this is something this landlord wanted to request so he could get an idea on how you are maintaining your property and if it was not something you were comfortable with you did not have to provide this or move forward with the offer. As there is significant demand for rental properties at the moment, we are finding landlords are becoming very cautious as to who they take and this is something a number of landlords have asked us for. It is always up to the applicant to decide if they wish to provide this or not and is not something we do ourselves. Furthermore, this landlord was considering his options and despite us trying to get a decision faster, they considered all options which took some time before accepting an offer. I hope you felt our service otherwise (provided by our agency) was adequate. I wish you the best and hope you and your husband find a new home. Regards Management
