This estate agent company is trying to rent flat which My experience renting from the landlady SUNDHIYA DATTANI on Cromwell Road ( Hounslow) was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Not only did she consistently overcharge for electricity without providing any proof or breakdown, but she also refused to return my deposit upon moving out. Despite my efforts to reason with her and request transparency regarding utility bills, she remained uncooperative and dismissive. Renting from her was not only financially burdensome but also emotionally draining. I urge anyone considering renting from this landlady to proceed with caution and be wary of potential financial and contractual disputes. Transparency and fairness are crucial in any rental agreement, and unfortunately, these were sorely lacking in my experience on Cromwell Road.

It is disappointing you have left another negative review on our page, considering you were not a tenant of ours and did not have any dealings with us.
We have already asked you to remove this review as you have a grievance with your landlord who you were introduced to through another agency, so the negative review actually has no reflection on our service or business relationship.
In order to help you, we spoke to your landlord to ask her to resolve your dispute and she has advised us that you vacated the property earlier than the agreed contractual notice period and also owed her a balance for electricity costs. If this is something you feel was unfair, you should discuss this with your landlord directly.
To clarify, we did not move you into this property, we did not move you out of this property, we have never taken any payments from you, we do not hold your deposit, we did not do any tenancy drafting and had no involvement with you or your landlord throughout your tenancy, other than marketing the property as per the landlords instructions when it was due to become vacant.
Hopefully you can understand this is unfair and will remove your review.
