GoogleFor the first time in all of our years of renting, we found an honest, sincere and genuine estate agent. Evey showed us around and pointed out the different features, allowing us to look at everything carefully. She also took time to describe to us not only the area where the flat was situated but also the surrounding area and transport links. She also took the time to understand our needs. I found her very trustworthy, she wasn't just saying things to make us take the property, but whatever she said was totally honest. We are going to try to find a property through Evey!!!

GoogleSanjay and Jas, are very professional. I contacted them for letting a property in UK. The way these guys are scrutinising the perfect match for the property is simply superb and flawless....They conduct all types of checks before handing over the keys to the tenants.....As available in the photo or as mentioned in the Advertisement...the property is and its amenities are one on one match...
I thank Sanjay and Jas for the service they rendered to me....
Great Experience.....and great to share....

GoogleAgent was around 15 minutes late for the viewing, there were already 5 people waiting, agent did not even apologise.
Also bad experience with the agent named Jas, I have agreed to get the studio apartment, he asked me the questions needed and he told me his manager will ring me, no phone call at all, I messaged Jas, he said he was going to give me a call the following day, no phone call, I tried to ring him , no answer.
If this is how it is from the start, I do not know how they can accommodate you when you are already renting from them. Unprofessional staff, horrible experience. I wasted my time with them.
DD · 24 October 2022
Agent replied · 23 October 2024
Good morning, Daniel.
Further to our telephone conversation earlier today, I would like to take this opportunity to once again apologise for the bad experience you had with us.
Unfortunately, on the day of viewing (Tuesday), we were running late and it was difficult for our colleague to call you whilst he was on his way.
As is often the case with studio flats in prime areas, there is a lot of interest and in this case, we had setup a block viewing, with each applicant having their own allocated time slot to view the property independently.
Unfortunately, as our colleague was late, the knock-on effect meant that all these appointments backed up.
We did receive your offer and again as mentioned on the phone, usually a manager would call all applicants who have offered on a property to confirm the offer details, however in this case as there was a few offers and it was a very busy period, we put these to the landlord first, so they could decide what was best for them (Wednesday).
Once we had heard back from the landlord (Saturday) on which offer they wanted to proceed with, our colleague was already on annual leave (started on Friday) and so did not get back to you in good time.
We have tried to offer you an alternative property within the same building which is due to come available next month and I understand that you are not interested in working with us and I completely understand your position.
We should have got back to you sooner with an update on you offer not being accepted and called to let you know that we were running late.
This is not normally how we work and hopefully the other five-star reviews can reflect this.
We do try our best to provide a personal and professional service for both tenants and landlords alike.
I sincerely wish you all the best with your property search going forward.
Kind regards
Management.
