Good afternoon Zoe. It is very disappointing that you have felt the need to leave a negative review for a company that you have not actually conducted any business with. Looking at our records, I can see that you contacted us last year and were unable to proceed with any properties due to your income not meeting our affordability criteria. This was explained to you in detail then so it does not make any sense why you have left us a review over 12 months later. If you have left a review because have tried to contact our office again over the last few days and not been able to get through due to the lines being engaged, this is due to the volume of calls coming in or because we are on the phone to someone else. We will always receive your call notification and call back once we have a few moments to catchup. This has been an extremely busy spell where we have had a number of popular listings available, not to mention this being a bank holiday weekend so we were also closed over the long weekend. On another note, I can see that you have also left lots of negative reviews for other estate agencies over the past month, so I am not sure if you are having a hard time finding a place and thought this would be a good way to vent your frustration. As an independent agency, we rely on genuine customers to leave genuine reviews so potential customers can see how we work. Having a negative review from someone we have never worked with is very disheartening. Kind regards Management
