GoogleWhat kind of company is this that doesn't reply or pick up the call when there are problems in the house??? They tell you they will get back to you and disappear for weeks, imagine if there was an emergency no one will help you!! I would give 0 stars but there is no option. Avoid VeeZed!!!!!!!

GoogleMr Mohan Erbas and VeeZed Team have been very helpful providing us with several options for our next move. Finally, after viewing the properties on the market, we found the right place for us. The process of referencing started, and within a week, we were able to finish the procedure before Christmas, as we wished. GoogleHighly recommended!! I could not recommend VeeZed enough. Ash and his team are beyond professional and highly efficient in their approach, whether you are a landlord of tenant. They have an excellent knowledge and understanding of what they do and are extremely approachable. Ash as the director, will go out of his way to make time for his clients and Preyen the lettings agent will go above and beyond in his job role. In essence, this really is a "go above and beyond" type of estate agent, I have been extremely impressed. I am very thankful to the whole team, Ash, Komal, Preyen, Fernando, for everything they have done and continue to do to make this journey as smooth and seamless as possible. Not often you can say this, but I have experienced outstanding customer service with these guys. Well done and thank you for everything... 5* service all round.

Don’t deserve not even a single star! I’ve been to see a property yesterday and after we decided to go for it & to rent it, and we transferred straight on the deposit to make sure they keep it for us, we received a call today from them saying that the price for the rent is different now (higher) than it was posted on the market and if we don’t accept to pay more they will rent it to someone else!! No agency should never ever do that! BE AWARE!
Hi Andreea. Im sorry you feel disappointed because you lost out on a property we have for rent. However your comments are incorrect, the landlord found someone privately that offered him a higher rent which is completely out of our control. Unfortunately sometimes this happens and its very frustrating for both parties. We informed you as soon as we knew this was the landlords intensions. You placed a holding deposit after we closed the office on 27/06/2022 and we informed you the next day in the morning at around 10.30am. Your husband then began to verbally attack one of our staff members and threatened to 'kill the landlord'. Im sorry this has caused inconvenienced to you and your family however it was completely out of our control. Wish you all the best in the future.

A very irresponsible small local company As a local resident , I have to say I'm appalled by the conduct of this particular company. Within the last 2 months, local residents have witnessed 2 notable incident in which the company or its associates have dumped waste onto the streets of northwood ( Murray Road and Briarwood Drive ) . From furniture to building waste, polluting our neighbourhood, and causing a hazard which may harm the public, but in particular the elderly and young children. We the resident association have pictorial evidence as well as eyewitness reports, which have been forwarded to the relevant authorities in the hope that the company or people responsible are made liable for their action. The company is welcome to make contact with us, and we will quite happily share our reports and eyewitness accounts. I hope this review will ensure that action is taken against those responsible. We call upon the residents of northwood to help combat dumping the dumping of all waste, polluting our beloved enviroment.
Hi Andrew Can you kindly send us the evidence you have regarding this issue to our business email address info@veezedresidential.co.uk As an agency we use the Hillingdon Council (Bulky waste collection) to dispose of old furniture that has been left in our properties by previous tenants. We pay the council a fee for this service and we are advised by hillingdon council to leave these items outside the property, if the property is a flat/apartment we are then required to leave the unwanted items on the side of the road for the collection the same day. Please do check the council website for this information and please feel free to contact them regarding this. https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/bulkywaste We do not personally have in house contractors working for us directly and we use all different private contractors and companies. If your evidence shows these contractors disposing rubbish illegally we will off course deal with this accordingly as we do NOT agree with fly tipping. As a independent agency working within the local community we will always do our up most to keep our streets clean and tidy. We would of apricated if you would of contacted us directly with the evidence before trying to slander a local business without the relevant knowledge of the situation. We would of taken this complaint seriously and could of resolved this in a friendly manner. Please do send us through your evidence and we will action accordingly.

From the first call to enquire about the property till making sure everything is in good place after my move in date, the support was just wonderful!! GoogleThe estate agents are very kind and helpful, although the referencing may be a bit excessive in the amount of info requested. Once you pass this point they are an amazing agency. Any issues that arise they are prompt to respond and have it rectified. Easy to contact via email or over the phone. **If you are a potential tenant make sure that you have paperwork ready such as landlord reference, payslips and bank statements.**
