GoogleWorst service 😒 from agent. I no want to revile the agents name but from march I called them but non of the agent give me proper reply. We really think you should re consider your review about us. The reason you have left this review is because you are a neighbour of the property we have let. You have some issues at your property and you want the name and number of our client . We simply , can not give you these details because of client confidentiality purposes and GDPR regulations. It is people like yourselves, who tarnish the reputation of a Business at no fault of the Business. We as a company do not give any clients data without their consent. You are neither a client or have had any dealings with VeeZed Residential.

GoogleA total personal and dedicated service from start to sign. The staff at Veezed are warm. Friendly. Welcoming. Genuine however most of all realists........they tell you the truth and no sale pitch blags or falseness. They kept in touch...... communication was one of their best assist. Seriously consider Veezed they are a small dedicated business where you get the attention and you’re not just a number!!!!

GoogleAbysmal communication. We spent weeks chasing a reply regarding a property, sent many emails, countless phone calls. My partner got left on hold for 15 minutes because someone "forgot they were on the phone". Finally we get a reply - they let the property to someone else. Don't waste your time with them.
Alan, after having checked the records i think your accusations do not match the case. You were interested in a property with us that was being refurbished and was not ready for letting. However, you then wanted assurance of if you place a holding deposit to secure the property would you get a refund if the refurb was not up to your standard. We said to you we can not take a holding deposit on those basis as we had applicants who would take the property on and accept the refurb that would be carried out. We wish you all the best in your search and hope you secure something sooner. With the current letting market our advise is to act fast and try and secure something quickly.

Your frustration purely lies on you having missed out on a property that was listed with us to another applicant who acted promptly and professionally in securing it with a holding deposit before yourself . In this case you were informed of the same abs you got very abusive towards our staff members which was unacceptable. On another note, can you please explain where and how this is as you call it ‘fraud’? This is is a very unreasonable accusation our legal team will be in touch with you regarding this false allegations .

We rented a flat which was in bad conditions at the check in: extremely dirty and full of broken items such as lights not working, kitchen cabinets broken, uneven floor, unsafe installation of the washing machine, broken toilet seat, broken microwave, heavy presence of mold e limescale etc. We have been calling & sending emails to get the repairs done but the letting team either does not reply or say to get back to us with updates but they never did. After 2 months we got most of the issues fixed.

Truly great experience with the property management service from Veezed. I cannot, in all honesty, give it 5 stars, as the property itself had many issues that were strategically omitted during the viewing, but I'm aware this is more an issue with each particular landlord rather than the agency itself. My praise goes to how these issues are being currently handled. And special praise needs to go to Austin, who very obviously take these issues to heart and does everything possible to get them sorted. He's responsive and quick to solve any problems you might have, with a genuinely personable approach. If there's anything that needs to be taken care of, I trust him to always be on top of it.

I recently appointed VeeZed as my agent to let my property as I was moving out of the country and they have not disappointed me. From the start when I met Ash I was assured that all aspects of managing the property would be taken care of and they have definitely delivered on that so far. Austin who was appointed as the property manager for me has been great and is an asset to VeeZed. He has kept me updated on all aspects of letting my property has been very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend VeeZed to any potential landlords who want a hands-off experience in letting their property.
