Veezed have been good agents generally and have managed to resolve most issues on the property we eventually agreed to let via them in July 2021. The scoping phase with Ash, Chantelle and Jasmin worked fairly smoothly. There were a few issues noted when we first moved in which were looked at and eventually resolved. Austin was great help but found out that he left the firm abruptly and there was no communication updating us on his successor until I reached out again with regards to an issue. His replacement Chander has been equally wonderful - and has ensured that the ventilation issues with the property were addressed by the landlord and their agents. This was not a small undertaking and as a previous homeowner, I do appreciate the effort that has gone into addressing this issue. Equally, the landlord has been open to discussing issues and putting in place the appropriate resolutions for which we are grateful. Chander has followed up proactively and helped with pushing through the required works. While I would have liked to award a full 5 stars to Veezed, I felt it would be disingenuous to do so on account of the following: 1. The staff turnover over the past 6 months has been high which has meant liaising with one individual and needing to follow up with another which is a waste of my effort and time. Handovers do not seem to be as smooth as I would have preferred. 2. The time taken to fully resolve a number of issues such as ventilation and water pressure etc has been far too long and inconvenient - appreciating that these were not simple issues and the four stars are in reflection of finally getting a resolution to these issues. 3. Communication is somewhat lacking and not regular. If rating the staff, my reviews would be a full 5 stars but the processes, changes and time to resolution at a company level lead me to a 4 star review. All in all, I would recommend contacting Veezed for your residential needs.

So as we come to the end of rental contract with Veezed which we are renewing for a further term, we would like to share our after sale customer experience. In the beginning, we had few issues with the property we rented which were promptly looked into. Our experience dealing with Ms. Chander has been exemplary. Her customer grievance handling skills are outstanding. She makes her self available even after office hours which is seldom the practice in this country. She took charge of replacing my out of order washing machine even while being away from office due to being covid positive. Employees like Ms. Chander, add great value to any organization to achieve their unified goals! Here’s wishing VEEZED much success in the near future.
