I have recently sold my property via Veezed Residential. It wasn’t a straightforward sale and we encountered lots of setbacks but Jasmin was amazing throughout. It was my first sale so I had no idea what to do but Jasmin went out of her way to help. She liaised with third parties on my behalf which took a lot of pressure off myself. I never had to chase Jasmin she was always on top of everything and always a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend using Veezed Residential, they won’t let you down.

Veezed got in touch about a place I was interested in literally at the perfect time. I needed to move ASAP and the place is perfect for my needs. Mohan has been phenomenal. He’s prompt, kind, courteous and always has a smile even when you can tell he’s tired or overwhelmed. He saw me through from start to end with kindness and attention to detail. Jasmine is also amazing. She was kind, patient, and answered my many questions about my contract always with a smile. Finally, I must mention the lady on the phone, who was very kind and helpful throughout my many calls. Gehan/Joanne was spectacular help every single time. I only wish I came upon Veezed earlier, because I searched for two months before them, and it was Hell. Highly recommend! I’m never wasting my time on them websites (although that’s how I found them).

This is by far the worst estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. They rented us a property owned by a psycho landlady and consistently sided with her just to get rid of us and fulfill her contract. The agency lacks professionalism and integrity, they would say one thing, only to flip their stance later and deny ever making certain promises or statements. The entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. They kept us 5 months with no hot water and we have small baby. They clearly care more about keeping their difficult landlords happy than about their tenants. I would strongly advise against using this agency if you’re looking for honesty and support as a tenant.

Have been renting from Veezed for a year now and I have only had positive experiences. Any issues that have arisen in the property have been dealt with quickly and effectively and all communication has been of a professional standard. All flat inspections have been at a suitable time and Komal and Preyan have been respectful when carrying them out. Having never rented through a letting agent I was nervous about how my deposit would be kept but Ash was very good at providing me with the certicate that showed my money is in a secured deposit scheme. Since renting my house from Vezeed in 2022, I've had a terrible experience. During emergencies, there was no response from Vezeed. I lived with a ceiling leak for seven months, which only got fixed after I reported it to the environmental enforcement officer. My rent increased by £250 each year. I even offered to pay £2950 PCM if the leak was repaired, but instead, I received an eviction notice. This was especially hard on my children, who were taking their final exams and suffered emotionally, affecting their results. Now, the same house is advertised for £2900, which I was willing to pay. My advice to potential tenants is to avoid this estate agent to prevent a similar negative experience. All the best.
