GoogleStarted off well until we had a leak in our roof and they wantd to increase the rent. The leak was never fixed and when we didnt agree to an increase in rent they said the landlord wanted the house back. We paid the increase. When we did eventually move they were so difficult about every single thing in the house. They didnt believe we had it professionally cleaned and kept asking us to do it (even though we had and they cant legally ask you to do this). We gave the house back cleaner than we received it but they were so difficult and were desperate to take money off the deposit. Even charging us for light bulbs that were broken when we got the place. They moved the new people in and never got that leak fixed in the roof either. Very high staff turnover too. Horrendous and very stressful to deal with. Avoid!!!!

GoogleWorst agency ever!! The house they gave us to live in was a disgusted one, the flooring was just beurk 🤢 that much dirty when you walk bare foot, your feet becomes dark and sticky like tar! Then they took more than 2 months to clear up their garbages in front of the house Now since December we are having issues with the boiler, we don’t get hot water.. they send people to “repair” it but then 2/3 weeks later same thing happened again and they resend people to “repair” it.. and the person who comes to repair it, comes when he feels like coming!! Because its not him nor the agency nor the landlord are paying for the lost of gas we r enduring because of this boiler!! The agency doesn’t bother for anything.. Now last week there was an inspection and apparently when you have lots of stuff then it bothers them saying the landlord won’t be happy as they think that you don’t need anything to live.. JUST DON’T BOTHER TO DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY

GoogleWe had to wait for the removal which took nearly 2 months. issues are not solved permanently but just waste your time and money. This boiler is so old that it is not functioning properly but they dont care as they are not the one putting gas money for it. Honestly dont recommend such agency. One week back a house inspection happened, and nothing happened nothing changed. This house we are living is still in a mess and very old. Apparently when you have a lot of stuff it bothers some people cause they think that you dont need anything to live..worst agency ever. Boiler issue is still going on for months.

During the pandemic and he was still able find a range of tenants for us and we managed to get someone in our property in weeks instead of months which is what we thought. Aftercare was fantastic. GoogleI'm afraid I don't agree with the raving reviews posted here. They find you a tenant OK, charge you the commission (please do check their calculations as their accounts department seem to miscalculate in their own favour) but the follow-up service is BAD: Jasmine seems to be either unable to cope with her workload or simply isn't bothered to return her client's calls - ever. The previous guys were far better and professional than the current bunch.

Thank you for your review and comments. In response to your review : 1. We provided you with a Let Only service for 12 months which you are entitled to pay in full upfront for the 12 months. You then said you wanted a 6 months contract instead of 12 and were refunded accordingly. 2. The tenant then stayed on for more then 6 months. This means you owe us a fee which you have not paid and said the tenants have left and that you are doing work to the property, which was not true. 3. You then wanted to charge the tenants £75 because her parents visited her for 2 days. 4. The tenants came in to our offices stating that you wanted to charge her for wardrobe repair that her dad carried out. 5. You have not phoned our office once nor left a message because we got no record for it. We also have company mobile phones that you can reach out too. Lastly, not only will we be doing any further business with you but i would advise any tenants to be very careful in renting with yourself.

I came to London a month back and Veezed Residential agency was responsible for renting out the property to me in Stanmore. I met Chander Shah and after the very first meeting I was so relaxed and confident that I have landed in the safe zone. She explained every bit in detail, the rent agreement, inventory list, all were explained, an emergency contact number was given. I had few issues that were resolved in a week. So for me they deserve 5 stars. Thanks Chander and Veezed. Keep doing the good work.

I recommend Veezed Residential. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Austin is very reliable and has a friendly and approachable attitude. Got some few problems in my flat as soon as I informed austin they booked a visit to come in and check the property. Even when our washing machine broke less than a week he send someone to check it and change it to a brand new one. Thank you and keep up the good work :)

Well I'll not blame people who don't believe so much on reviews online😥 because there are so many useless brokers online who stole my hard earned money of £18,568 with fake trading expert.. Googleveezed residential are one of the best residentai management company in london. they have very good staff who give personal attention to any repairs . they are familiar with council laws. they look after your property nicely. they get good tenants. we have been with them for five years. now they are also in kenya market . best of luck in their new venture.
