Trying to get hold of someone from lettings department for 6 days. Called every day, they've asked for my details each time and told me someone will get back to me, which never happened. When confronted the lady told me they are extremely busy. Asked her if they have a 5 day backlog and she just repeated herself saying they are very busy.

I called to book a Lettings Valuation and spoke to someone called Thomas. The process was very unprofessional maybe he was a new member of staff, however either way I did not feel like my request was being taken seriously. Thomas muddled through and took some details of my property and unconvincingly promised me a call back to confirm the appointment. Thomas as expected never called me back to confirm the appointment so I called the office again before closing time to check whether the valuation was happening. I got Thomas again who had no idea who I was from 2 hours earlier until he checked and then said "oh yeah we spoke earlier I've not had chance to do anything hold the line" Thomas then proceeded to transfer the call to someone else with no explination to myself this was happening or to the gentleman who recieved the transfered call as that gentleman then all of a sudden answered the call saying " Hello how can I help?" at this stage I felt no enthusiasm to start all over again so I made a decision there and then to cancel the lettings valuation all together. I will avoid all future dealings with this company due to the amature handling of a simple enquiry and the unprofessionalism of some of the staff at Robert Cooper. I have spoken to 3 other local agents today who dealt with my enquiry in a professional way, sent confirmation of my appointment straight away and filled me with confidence that I was dealing with much more professional agents.NegativeProfessionalism

Terrible agency! I was tricked into appealing a day too late in order to get my deposit back (after place left in better condition than when moved in) and still after nearly a year of not living there, they still send me emails regarding property visit requests and other things to do with the flat and they have ignored my emails requesting they take my details off their system. When living as a tenant in the property they were selling, they sent viewers to my home on appointments I had actually refused and once an agent even used their key to get into my property whilst I was sleeping on a Saturday morning and I had to jump put of bed, dressed inappropriate tell them to leave whilst walking around my home unauthorised, all i got from that occasion was an apology and they then persisted to book viewings day and night, yet to this day have not sold the property. I found the entire service as to when they took over the management of the property I was rented to be a joke, was much better off with the agency looking after it before and the one I use now. (1 star was only chosen as i was unable to submit 0 stars!
