I have rented out my property in East Towers, Pinner with Robert Cooper and my experience has been very positive. They found excellent, long term tenants and have also managed the property extremely well. I feel in good hands with Robert Cooper, the team are great with great communication and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent out their property.

GoogleI have rated Robert Cooper Estate agents 5, due to the fantastic experience right from the viewing until the completion date. With her great communication skills, professionalism and patience, Raena was always there to help and answer my queries as a first time buyer very patiently. Raena kept us informed through out the process and helped us achieve our target moving date. Raena also introduced me to Utility Warehouse to get the bills under one company. This has come as a time saver for me and also saved me money. On the day of completion, Raena gave us a call in the morning to explain the process again and contacted us as soon as the purchase of the property was completed. To our surprise we were congratulated by the whole team with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Our family whole heartedly thanks the great team of Robert Cooper. We are very grateful for you. GoogleWarning These people are seriously good at what they do. From the time we first walked in to their office, we were made to feel we were the only customer. The service was first class, we were not from the area, and Russell was able to talk about other services that would be useful like auctions, house clearance, solicitors, as we were having to sell the house to pay for Mum's care home fees. We were always kept in touch with progress, and after a great initial response with viewings, we received an offer after only 6 weeks, and all this in the run up to Christmas! I can only say if you are serious about selling, see these people and ask for Russell, then start packing, they don't hang around.

GoogleMy property was recently let by Robert Cooper. I decided to move to a local estate agent in the hope that I would receive a more personal service. I have not been disappointed, the service has been fantastic from start to finish. Rohaan was professional, attentive, and very responsive right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated the advice and support he provided in getting the right tenants. Tamara was able to get the referencing and contract in place very quickly, answering any questions I had along the way. I have been so impressed that I have already introduced them to a family member.

GoogleBrilliant, just Brilliant !! I cannot praise Robert Cooper enough for their help. Everyone we have dealt with have been amazingly professional and have found answers to any problems we have encountered, from needing gardener's or house clearance specialists to roof repairers. The sale of the property was efficient and supported with constant communication, we always knew what was happening. I believe that both buyers and sellers were guided through the sale in as stress free way as possible, never an easy task given all the complications and different moving cogs involved. Armaan was faultless in his role and deserves the highest praise, although everybody we dealt through was also fantastic in their genuine need to help. Five stars really isn't enough, I'd give them ten.

The professionalism, drive and realistic advice was the major driver to selling our property. Especially in the current economic climate, there was times where we thought about coming of the market, but having Clarke and his team gave us the reassurance we needed - and that faith paid off. Always hard selling a property, at any time - is it the right time? But the teams knowledge, support and experience was invaluable. GoogleHaving worked in the conveyancing industry myself for many years, I have yet to deal with any firm of estate agents who are as professional, conscientious and friendly as Robert Cooper. We marketed our property back in January and Clarke Pursey secured a buyer for us very quickly. Unfortunately, that transaction fell through and Clarke and his team immediately re-marketed our property and successfully secured another buyer within weeks. George, Armaan and Clarke have been exceptional - always corresponding with me by email and telephone, providing updates and managing the entire process (albeit stressful) with understanding and ease. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! If you want your sale/purchase dealt with by a team who treat you like you are their only customer(!) Robert Cooper (Eastcote) is the place to go!

GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for more when we employed Robert Cooper to sell our house. Clark and Riean worked tirelessly to find us a buyer as we were looking for a quick sale. Our property went live on a Monday and was sold by Saturday. Not only did they sell our property for us but they also found us our dream home to move in to. Once we began the process of the sale and purchase we were handed over to Sherry who is absolutely incredible; she worked between both solicitors for the sale and the purchase to ensure that everything that needed to be done was processed correctly, she was always there at the other end of the phone with her friendly demeanour to answer any of our questions and is just a genuinely really lovely person! Hand on heart we couldn’t be happier with them as an agent and would highly recommend for anyone to use them for the sale or purchase of their home in the future. GoogleI've just completed on my property and Riean and Sherry have been incredible along the way. My journey started with Riean who was SO kind and reassuring throughout. When I put my offer in, Riean came back to me multiple times and supported me with this. Now Sherry....she has been a Godsend. She's been SO patient, SO kind, chased up emails and calls for months, she's an incredible Sales progressor. She really makes you feel super calm and again supports you along the way. Honestly, i can't thank them both enough.
