What a bunch of unprofessional people. We had a viewing appointment for a luxury property and the very last minute their staff told that they don’t have a key. And then rescheduled it for next day, we cancelled many of our engagements to view the property, but the response was no different. Why do you advertise a property when you don’t have keys and why don’t you show some courtesy to treat people with respect? AVOID them if you can.

I purchased a studio flat via this estate agency two years ago. They told me they knew the landlord very well, so I quite trusted them. I have never been told anything I need aware. After few months since I moved in, one day the neighbour from downstairs told me that I flooded his flat. I was in shock, I checked my flat, it seems everything was ok. I had to ask my builder to check, then they opened the shower tub, oh my God, the shower tub was not waterproofed, no one told me when I purchased the flat. I was so pressured at that time as I was on a new job, I needed spend a lot of time on my new job, on the other hand the neighbour wanted me to pay the damage and repairs for his flat.if the landlord or the agency told me beforehand, it will avoid all this happened. In a result, I had to spend a lot of money for all the repair for my shower tub, and the neighbour’s flat. I think the landlord should take most of the responsibility, but the agency introduced the flat, they have some responsibility as well in this case. From my experience, I would not recommend.

The team were lovely to talk to, pragmatic, friendly and go above and beyond to help, including being on hand to show valuers around the property whilst we were away! The communication was fantastic and they are always quick to respond, and the marketing of the property was really top notch, with exceptional professional photos and a 3D tour all provided. We'd like to extend our gratitude and thanks in particular to Jonny, Mary-Joy, Tony and Rich who are all a credit to estate agents. Following the death of our father, we had to sell what had been our family home for 57 years. Whitley’s did this for us in a very sensitive and professional manner, securing an acceptable offer within a week and continually keeping track of the progress so that 12 weeks after first going on the market the house sale was completed. Everyone we had contact with at the office was professional efficient and friendly. We could not have hoped for a better experience in what was an emotional time for our family.
