We recently sold our house through Whitley`s and I cannot rate them high enough. Everybody was so friendly, yet professional and we were kept up to date with how the sale was progressing at all times. Whoever I spoke to was always so helpful and towards the end of the sale I dealt mainly with Tony who was fantastic. Although we did not proceed with the sale due to our own personal situation. I cannot recommend the R Whitely team enough. We were looking to upsize and needed to sell our current property and purchase another new property. During viewings for the sale of our property, the team were always prompt and provided feedback of the viewings. Once we had offers, the team were prompt to communicate with us and follow up. Every offer was documented and communicated to us via phone and email. With regards to viewings of potential properties to purchase, the treatment was the same, professional conduct and were open and honest. We had open communication, offers promptly presented in writing, and follow up calls and emails to update us on the situation. If you are looking to sell or purchase the property in the West Drayton and surrounding areas, I would highly recommend you speak to Rich and his team and R Whitley.

An absolutely amazing team. We worked with both Mary-Joy & Tony and they assisted us in viewings and purchase of a property. They have been incredible and so friendly and so proactive - they chased up all the people that need chasing on our behalf which I just really appreciated so that I wasn't spending my free time trying to chase them instead. From when our offer was first accepted on the property to completion it was all within 5 months (which in the property business is a good turn around!) and Tony was so friendly and I felt comfortable telling him about everything including any hiccups. Our journey started as tenant and lasted for 8.5 years, the entire letting team from R Whitley which includes Alex, Reshma, Gyan and Mark were very helpful throughout the tenure. Special thanks to Alex , who has been consistent with his work and was there for us . Any issues with the property reported were fixed ASAP. Additionally, property was maintained to high standards. We had a great experience. We wanted to view a property that already had a lot of interest so they sent us some alternatives. We viewed one, fell in love with it straight away and put in an offer. This ticked even more if the boxes than the previous property as it had a kitchen island, large extension and a gorgeous south facing garden. Rich and Tony kept us updated throughout and calmed our vendors when there was a problem in the chain caused by my buyers! We finally moved into our dream home this week.
