This company is a fraud company and bunch of liars works here, I wanted to rent property they have on zoopla since 6+ months but they keep on lying that yet vacated but it seems they are expert in lying, all numbers are frauds as they never pick and email never answered! What a frauds

Found Amber to be very professional and always kept me up to date and always answered our query's in a quick and prompt manor. Would recommend highly if I was to ever sell a property.

GoogleVery disappointed with my experience at Coopers Letting Agents. I vacated my rental property at 28 Mill Bridge, UB8 2XX on 31st March 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, I still have not received my deposit refund. I received the check-out report on 8th April, and since then, I have emailed the agency multiple times, including on 25th and 28th April, but responses have been delayed or vague, with no clear resolution. I’ve been told repeatedly that the landlord’s confirmation is pending, and even after being promised updates before staff leave, no action has been taken. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. This experience has been stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services to anyone expecting prompt and reliable service.

Engaged with Coopers Property management (Fitzrovia) for 4 years now and the service is so poor that the building and 7 other owners all have seen our respective property decrease in value even in the high valuation boom London is experiencing. Incompetence and negligence continue to disrupt even the most basic service including building maintenance or any repairs. Unscrupulous and incompetent expensive companies are hired to do incomplete jobs while routine cleaning and gardening are mostly avoided. The agent is withholding collected funds now for 3 years and will not return money collected so we are forced to remain with Coopers. Complaints to the partners and senior management are impossible to make as the agent has been able cover up mistakes through deceptive and erroneous claims like blaming covid or the weather for these years of neglect. Avoid Copers -Fitzrovia at all costs!

Amber on the sales side has been excellent throughout our the sale of our property from the early stages of viewings right through to the contract exchange. GoogleWe engaged Russell at Coopers to sell my late mother’s house, encouraged by his knowledgeable, no pressure approach. Our confidence was not misplaced as he managed the whole process from start to finish with calm professionalism. He gave good advice whenever needed and was able to recommend a few conveyancing solicitors upon our request. Our occasional contact with other members of the team suggests that they also have a similarly professional, helpful and friendly outlook. As we were in the happy position of selling a house in a popular location, there were a number of offers put forward following the open day and other viewings. Russell gathered all of the information we needed into an easily understandable format so that we could make an informed choice in accepting an offer. He provided updates as needed and all communications were answered quickly and clearly. The sale completed recently and couldn’t have been less stressful. I can’t recommend Coopers highly enough and would happily use their services again should the need arise.
