GoogleWe had to sort out an 8 month rental between Christmas and the New Year for a 16th January move and Elliot helped us find the perfect property within 24 hours. He was responsive to calls and emails over the weekend, he was there for the viewing and on hand to help with the contract process along with any question we had right up to the key handover. GoogleI think it's rare to find an estate agent who you truly trust to act in your best interest and continues to offer fantastic, responsive service even after you move in as a tenant. Elliot and Ana have done just that. Even with a few minor issues with the property after moving in, they've been responsive and professional to have these resolved as quick as possible. GoogleI rented an office space in N19 via Elliot Davis at James Edwards and found him refreshingly straightforward to deal with. A human being at last! The landlords he passed me onto (and clearly had a good relationship with) have also been extremely nice. This doesn’t always happen in London so it’s a big thumbs up from me.

GoogleAbsolutely exceptional. TL;DR This letting agency understands they are dealing with people and their homes, not just properties. Forget every stereotype of an estate agent you've ever heard and use this company. Detail: From viewing a property with James in Feb, through the administrative processes with Ana, then the coronavirus-related (and unavoidable) delays and issues with moving that James personally went out of his way to solve; to temporarily living in a managed property that was being re-let by Elliot, who made sure we weren't inconvenienced by viewings and who was even really nice to my mum when she was bending his ear... It could have been a nightmare few months for us given the situation and instead I feel like I want to invite everyone at James Edwards round for dinner.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have had a great 3 years living in a rental property being managed by the James Edward letting team.I would give them full marks for their professionalism and the unflinching support provided by the team .I have always had a a very prompt resolution of any problems that arose (mind you,there weren't many of them)during the tenancy. Viewing took place with Elliot who was very aware of the flat, the location and happy to answer to all my queries. Once I placed the offer, then I was directed to his colleague Ana who dealt with the entire referencing process and made everything seem so easy and hassle free/stress free! GoogleJames Edward Lettings provide very good value and have a friendly, yet professional approach. I got to know James in 2013 when he worked for a larger firm and I was letting out my flat in Highbury for the first time. When he set up his own firm about three years ago, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind that I would sign up as one of his first customers and I have had excellent service ever since. I know that I can trust him and his colleagues always to do the right thing. This minimises the effort on my part and means I have a stress-free letting experience.

GoogleWe were looking for a special property to rent due to a professional move and James showed us around a property that ticked most of our boxes. James was very friendly and personable from Day 1, very knowledgeable about the property we were interested in and obviously knew instinctively whether the landlord-tenant relationship would work well. Throughout the process we have never been disappointed: James demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, responding quickly to our queries, and to our delight his firm is using very slick online systems and electronic signature facilities which have made the whole administrative process of renting seamless... all this without ever losing the personal touch through direct personalised email communication and feedback! GoogleI have been using James Edwards Lettings for to let out my house. I selected them over other estate agents as they actually appeared to care about managing my property and understood the need to get the right kind of tenant for a special house. My initial impressions turned out to be right - they have provided excellent support before and after the house was let, helping me get the last few jobs sorted out, managing the contract negotiation process and managing the small number of issues which have arisen since the tenants have been in. Compared to the letting agency that I am renting through they are a breath of fresh air! Highly recommended,

FacebookJames is honestly the best letting agent I've dealt with in London. He is a genuinely nice person who is willing to go that extra mile for you to ensure a smooth move in process. If there was an issue, James found a solution. He's very good at his job and also cares about the well-being of the tenants and property owner/s. It was a pleasure meeting him and if we ever move I will sure to look up James Edward Lettings first.

I was always pleased with the level of support, efficiency and honest approach which James provided. Since the property has been managed by James Edward Lettings I have enjoyed even better support, if that's possible, as well as highly competitive pricing. I will certainly be asking James to handle another property of mine as soon as new tenants are required. I would like to add that James really does have a pleasant and reasonable approach and I would be as happy finding a property to rent via James Edward Lettings as I am working with him as a landlord.
