GoogleHighly disappointing experience going through a purchase with this agents. The behavior exhibited was misogynistic, and the use of threats as the sole form of communication was completely unacceptable. The conduct was unprofessional and entirely inappropriate towards end customer.

GoogleI have used James and his team at James Edward properties for a number of different things - including just finding and reference checking tenants for me (back when I actually managed my properties myself) and now fully managing my entire property portfolio. I have been so impressed with the communication from Edyta in particular and the ease in which she just makes things happens. It’s a complete stress relief for me! I’ve also sold our family home through James Edward Properties. They handled a very long and drawn out sale the upmost professionalism and patience. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody!

Elliot and Edyta explained the landlord’s plans for a thorough renovation of the property for the new tenants, and they delivered on everything we discussed. When we moved in, there were a few outstanding repair issues, which they promptly addressed to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property or property manager.
