GoogleI let my flat in Muswell Hill on a managed basis through James Edward Lettings. James and Ana are a pleasure to deal with and are totally trustworthy. I would never have allowed one of the larger agencies to manage my flat, but I was happy for James to take this on, and I have not regretted this decision as I have been very impressed by the genuine care and level of service.

James and Ana are incredibly organised and helpful when it comes to scheduling jobs and liaising with tenants. It's a real pleasure to work with someone so passionate about their tenants well-being and has a good understanding about property maintenance.

Most importantly for me he had great clear and prompt communication via email, really crucial as I live in a different country. GoogleAbsolutely lovely company who don't take the Mickey! I met with Ana who works there and she was so lovely and hospitable. The entire renting process was so easy and informative, no hidden or mean costs. All the info was sent immediately including inventory and deposit scheme etc. Super lovely team of people!
