Worst agency we have worked with among several up and down the UK.There is little interest shown by anyone from Manager or reps and no continuity with anybody.No use of mobile phones so only messages can be left and return calls are few and far between.Success rate has been nil so moving to another agency.

Romans have been utterly brilliant from start to finish on my recent move. They have been helpful, polite and professional every step of the way! Moving is an experience that can be filled with such anxiety and stress, but it’s not been that way at all these past weeks. This is thanks to Barnaby (Camberley branch) with the viewing, Sarah (Camberley branch) as our main point of contact who has gone above and beyond, and Courtney in the final stages from Head Office in Bracknell. GoogleExcellent experience with Romans and the team especially Momin Khan & Lewis Bebb. Momin conducted my viewing and great, really personable guy and super helpful. Lewis then took over after the viewing and has also been amazing and has seen us right up to the point of moving in. Thank you both, keep doing what your doing!

I had a 2.9 year tenancy period with a property managed by Romans .Denise, our property manager, was prompt in carrying out maintenance tasks . My experience with Romans - Basingstoke was positive and I found them to be meticulous and professional.

Really disappointed in the Swindon (Taw Hill) branch. Not only did I feel as though they didn’t really care about anything (since they took over from Dewhurst). I’ve just had to deal with an issue that nearly caused a problem with my credit file. They notified Thames Water that we had moved in to the property we just moved out from! And I started to receive outstanding bills from Thames Water!! Luckily I know someone who helped me sort it.

I was really impressed with Romans, Lorraine Eivers did an amazing job of updating us ever week and keeping on top of both us and the sellers to make sure the process was as quick and easy as possible, she was fantastic. The rest of the team were also excellent, when ever we spoke to them they were able to give us quick, accurate and up-to-date information on what was happening, they all seemed to work and communicate very well together.

Romans has fully managed our rental property for 15 years. During that time, they have been highly professional, communicative and consistent. Our current manager, Donna-Marie Brant has been excellent. When things went wrong, Donna was always there to sort things out. I’m pretty sure our tenants also had a good experience. Overall highly recommended.
