We recently relet two of our properties in the local area where Luke, together with Kerry and Alistair were involved. There were a couple queries regarding important maintenance issues. Luke dealt with all these the problems and resolved the issues to the satisfation of both Landlord and tenants. Luke is admirably suited for his job and really is a credit to Romans.

We used Romans Sandhurst to buy our first home recently. Despite the on-going coronavirus situation, Tom and the team kept us informed with what was going on. Worst agency we have worked with among several up and down the UK.There is little interest shown by anyone from Manager or reps and no continuity with anybody.No use of mobile phones so only messages can be left and return calls are few and far between.Success rate has been nil so moving to another agency.
