GoogleI viewed a property in widmer end through the landlord and explained that I suffered anxiety issues and have a small chihuahua dog who is registered with ESA he is my support dog as I suffer anxiety issues he said put in a offer with hurst lettings in high Wycombe and went in with all the information and excellent references and offered the full rental amount a week later I phoned the agent and they said the property has been rented out to someone else I said why did you not notify me of the situation and its been 5 days since the decision was made and the fact that I was not even told about pets and I had to call them for a to find out very uncaring and inconsiderate.

Our landlord kindly showed you the property as you attended directly, without an appointment and not registering with ourselves resulting in us not being able to ascertain your circumstances and eligibility which would have negated any disappointment. GoogleHurst have been fantastic during the whole house purchasing process. They were constantly on top of everything such as chasing solictors, etc. and i found all people on Hurst side that i encountered such as Lewis and Alexandra as really pleasant to work with. Hurst are great as they offer affiliated Financial Advisor (which was free whereas other places charge for this service) and they had an affiliated Solictor/Conveyancer (Shoosmiths - which were really good) and had a local chartered surveyor who did a good job on checking the new property over. Overall, for anyone purchasing property in any area that Hurst operate, then i would definitely recommend.

As someone who has no social media or accounts capable to do so, I have still felt compelled to find a way to leave a review. Anyone in the market for an estate agent cannot find a better service. it would be wrong to single out individual excellence as I have dealt now with the whole team and I have found excellence with them all. GoogleI have been with Hursts since 2009 as a landlord and i have never had any major problems with them. I asked them to sell my house earlier this year ahead of their competitors and found the team extremely professional from the initial meeting with Lewis in their Aylesbury branch to Susan Lindsay the Sales Progression Manager. Susan in particular always returned my calls and had a calming influence throughout the proceedings. She was always courteous and understanding, I would recommend Hursts.

GoogleMy Husband Amar and I went to view a lovely 4 bedroom house on The Spinney, being a newly married couple we are looking for our perfect family home to start our journey. We had a lovely lady ( whose name had slipped my mind) on the first viewing who was extremely helpful and patient. On our second viewing with Christina and a new trainee Will, we had such a lovely experience and they allowed us to take our time viewing the property again and answered all the questions we had, given this is definitely not a small purchase we were left with confidence, with great advice, information and support from both Christina and Will. We then spoke with Lewis, who was again so helpful and transparent providing us with great information and advice. We have been on many house viewings with different estate agents, but can honestly say we saw such a team spirit and customer ethical nature with the team throughout we hope we can now land our house...fingers crossed!!

GoogleI sold our property with Hurst last year. We moved to our dream home this month an without Hurst it would not of been possible! They were extremely helpful from start to finish an we didn’t need to worry about anything! Lewis was great valuing and putting the house on the market an advising us all the way through as we put an offer in on a property without an offer on ours and Ray was incredible at the end ensuring our sale went through and getting us the completion date we wanted. With house selling an purchasing being so stressful I wouldn’t of been there without them and would definitely use them again. Someone friendly and helpful was always on the end of the phone. 👍🏻

GoogleI sold my house with Hurst back in November last year, after the sale falling through once, Hurst did such a great job in selling it promptly again. After having conversations with a few estate agents in the area, I decided to use Hurst because Lewis specifically, seemed very down to earth and professional, without selling the 'rubbish' like other agents. Looking at recent stats compared to other agents, Hurst were also ranking the highest. Unfortunately, I had a purchase of a flat fall through (with another agent) and when I got back in contact with Lewis he was so helpful in making sure I was kept up to date with anything coming on the market and looking after me. I've since made an offer which has been accepted on a house with him. Thanks for your help Lewis, it's very much appreciated.
