I have been with Hursts since 2009 as a landlord and i have never had any major problems with them. I asked them to sell my house earlier this year ahead of their competitors and found the team extremely professional from the initial meeting with Lewis in their Aylesbury branch to Susan Lindsay the Sales Progression Manager. Susan in particular always returned my calls and had a calming influence throughout the proceedings. She was always courteous and understanding, I would recommend Hursts.

My Husband Amar and I went to view a lovely 4 bedroom house on The Spinney, being a newly married couple we are looking for our perfect family home to start our journey. We had a lovely lady ( whose name had slipped my mind) on the first viewing who was extremely helpful and patient. On our second viewing with Christina and a new trainee Will, we had such a lovely experience and they allowed us to take our time viewing the property again and answered all the questions we had, given this is definitely not a small purchase we were left with confidence, with great advice, information and support from both Christina and Will. We then spoke with Lewis, who was again so helpful and transparent providing us with great information and advice. We have been on many house viewings with different estate agents, but can honestly say we saw such a team spirit and customer ethical nature with the team throughout we hope we can now land our house...fingers crossed!!

I sold our property with Hurst last year. We moved to our dream home this month an without Hurst it would not of been possible! They were extremely helpful from start to finish an we didn’t need to worry about anything! Lewis was great valuing and putting the house on the market an advising us all the way through as we put an offer in on a property without an offer on ours and Ray was incredible at the end ensuring our sale went through and getting us the completion date we wanted. With house selling an purchasing being so stressful I wouldn’t of been there without them and would definitely use them again. Someone friendly and helpful was always on the end of the phone. 👍🏻

I sold my house with Hurst back in November last year, after the sale falling through once, Hurst did such a great job in selling it promptly again. After having conversations with a few estate agents in the area, I decided to use Hurst because Lewis specifically, seemed very down to earth and professional, without selling the 'rubbish' like other agents. Looking at recent stats compared to other agents, Hurst were also ranking the highest. Unfortunately, I had a purchase of a flat fall through (with another agent) and when I got back in contact with Lewis he was so helpful in making sure I was kept up to date with anything coming on the market and looking after me. I've since made an offer which has been accepted on a house with him. Thanks for your help Lewis, it's very much appreciated.

Very messed Up operation. I booked a viewing on on the day of viewing they let me know the additional fixed cost and that even if I can afford that I can still won’t be eligible. I rented a car took a day off... all to hear I am actually not eligible... booked another viewing for another apartment and called them after an hour to reschedule but again they said it’s not available for viewing at all and their colleague made a mistake again..... so I highly recommend that if u have booked any appointment keep calling them every hour for updates as they are not organized at allNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

For sales, the house sold quickly, Lewis Davies' valuation was the best compared with 4 other local agents, and he displayed the professionalism and confidence that you would want from someone selling your house. As a single occupant, other estate agents in the area had been very pushy and made me uncomfortable! Hurst put me at ease and I felt really happy with my decision. Having agreed to an offer the buyer subsequently withdrew and we found ourselves in Covid-19 lockdown. However Hurst, High Wycombe did not let that fact stop them from remarketing the property and gather six offers for consideration. No mean feat! This is while other estate agents in the area had closed their doors and were not operating. The new sale is proceeding and that is entirely down the the hugh efforts of Hurst, High Wycombe. Lines of communication have been excellent and we have felt reassured at all stages of the process. The staff at Hurst have been brilliant and are a credit to the whole estate agent industry. They are professional, supportive and knowledgable. We cannot recommend highly enough.
