GoogleKieron was so friendly and informative when doing the valuation, we felt like he listened to us and that we could trust him. Everyone who assisted with booking in the viewings and taking people round our property were also friendly and helpful which made us feel they were all invested in selling our house.
Once sold, Adam and Nikki helped progress the sale and the team were just brilliant. We completed before the end of June to beat the stamp duty deadline and even though it was a stressful time for everyone, they were still calm and thorough, and kept us up to date to throughout.

GoogleWhen you agree a sale through Hurst, the people at Hurst are fantastic. We got within 10% of the asking price, twice, as the first sale fell through (not Hurst's fault). For the two sales the house was on the market for a combined total of four weeks.
Although the process of getting to completion was a bit rocky, and full of difficult solicitors, Susan and Jordana never failed to continually update, be it good news or bad news. Be nice to them as they like giving bad news even less than we like receiving it! I found them to be polite, professional and I believe they helped the process more than they let on.
My solicitor helped them to understand a particular point and they used it to speed up the process by challenging what they had been told by a third party.

GoogleFrom the outset of our relocation buying/selling journey the Hurst team were amazingly professional.
From the outset, we had the opportunity to review and revise the brief on our house which made us feel involved in the process, viewings for potential buyers were plentiful and were all of a good quality.
The process of selling your home is emotionally challenging and having to deal with bucket shop lawyer only adds to the stress. However, Hurst Estate Agents and especially Susan Lindsay, Sales Progression Manager made the process very much bearable. Susan contacted us weekly from the confirmation of the offer on the house and as the sale progressed, her calls were daily to keep us in the loop as to where everyone was within the selling/buying chain.
My husband and I cannot recommend Hurst Estate Agents highly enough and would strongly advocate that, if you are in the market to buy or sell your house, make Hurst Estate Agents your number one. They worked well for us.

Loads of properties. Big central offices. Some of the staff was helpful and experienced.
Cons
High fees. I paid less in fees in Wimbledon-London than in HW.
Some of the staff inexperienced and that caused some stress for us.
Check out-We have been told that we had left stains on the carpet. That was a big lie!! Luckily the landlord didn't take that in serious.
Overall I can't say that I was happy with the services.

GoogleWorst letting agency, DO NOT USE! They have tenants in aylesbury- they are based in high Wycombe- they have no way of looking after properties outside of their based office. These tenants in Aylesbury have been thieving of their Neighbours and have turned a blind eye and couldn’t care less as long as they receive their money. They will rent your property to foreigners with no etiquettes, who have terrible foul language and manners openly stealing and do not react. They would let out properties to people who will damage your home and not care to prevent it or stop it. They say they have a 3 step process before eviction but in reality lie and ignore the complaints. Strongly recommend to go to any other agency and not this one if you care about your property and home being given to a good decent family who know how to look after a home. Unprofessional and rude staff. If I could give a minus star I would, even 1 star is too nice for this horrible agency. FYI I HAVE CONTACTED THE AGENCY- waiting for response … nothing received. Would love to see what the response would be now it has been aired to the public.

You have raised several complaints over time and again yesterday by email at 17.12, just before posting this review. Our office closes at 4pm on Sundays, therefore your email was received outside of working hours, and therefore it was not possible to revert before you placed this review. We verified that your circumstances presently would not allow you to pass the referencing process, and that a guarantor or one year's rent up front would be required for our landlord to accept your position. You went away to see if you could get a guarantor, and we've not heard back since?
