GoogleAs long distance purchasers, our experience has been very good throughout. The staff have consistently provided friendly, helpful and timely reponses to all of our requests and questions. The only reason we've not felt able to award 5 stars is due to the brochure/on-line description of the house which majored on the local environment and infrastructure but gave very little detail on the house and its fixtures. Consequently, being able to view the property we purchased before we were proceedable was a huge advantage to us as long distance buyers and was the key to securing our early offer. Allowing this was in marked contrast to many other agents in the area. A big thank you to all the staff in the Whaley Bridge office.

The whole team are very professional and the communication was first class, especially from Emma..... even when the news wasn't the best! They helped me through the whole business of selling my house and helped reduce the stress involved.

Informed us that the property we were moving out of had been re-let. We then rushed to clear and deep clean the property. Rang several times on the day with no answer to then be told any day before Thursday would be ok. We were then informed by another call 10 minutes later that the property had infact not been re-let. Severe lack of communication therefore making us pay another month rent & bills.

We've just bought a property through Gascoigne Halman and they have been super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Tracy Ryan in the Frodsham office has been lovely and always responded to our queries (however bizarre! We have asked a lot of questions haha!) promptly and happily! Totally 100% dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy professionals who work hard and get results. They did so well for my wife and I when we sold our house, that there was only one place that I told my daughter to go to when she recently decided to sell her home, and that was go straight to Gascoigne and Halman. We recently sold and bought a house using the Frodsham office. We met with 3 local estate agents before deciding who to use and we chose Gascgoine Halman Frodsham as they had the most local knowledge and were the easiest branch to get in touch with.As is often the case, the whole house move process was quite lengthy and frustrating. But Tracy in particular helped us out with advice, chasing up solicitors and helping to keep on top of the process. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
