I honestly cannot fault the service we received from Ryder & Dutton. From the beginning through to completion they did everything in their power to make the process as quick and as efficient as possible. From conveying our love of the property to the seller to help us secure the best price, to chasing our solicitors for updates, the team at Ryder & Dutton are fantastic, efficient and friendly. A special mention to Catherine Sailsbury for always being so approachable, kind and responsive. If you want to sell your house, use Megan at Ryder & Dutton. With all the moving parts and all the chasing involved with solicitors and the vendor's estate agent, Megan was the only proactive one, chasing all parties and keeping in contact with me daily to give me updates. Expensive for students. Took 22 days to send out a tenancy agreement (instead of max 14) so pulled out before going ahead with it. Overall nice workers there and had mostly good interactions with staff, just very overpriced and its clear they care more about making the most money over having good conditions in properties (for students at least). When booking viewings for their properties was told we could only book 3 (which has changed to 1 now) and in the ones we viewed there was a lot of mould in 2 of the properties we viewed- and it was just not the best condition considering the amount you are paying for. If you're a student I would recommend looking for different Estate agents if you actually want to get your moneys worth (and save money!)

I had been house searching for a while well over a year and I finally found a house that was perfect for my needs, I would like to thank Nicki Cockcroft and Becky Taylor as they have been with me helping and providing support through out the whole process. Where to start on this review. I could make this 3000 words or short and simple. Well I'd like to just start by saying Cath and Rachel went above and beyond all expectations. Acting as solicitors at times, as well as estate agents, due to the lack of knowledge and willingness from my solicitors side. I'd like to think I won't need an estate agent anytime soon, but I will only ever use a company that Cath and/or Rachel will be working at (as long as still in the same industry) I would not care about the fees and costs to buy or sell but Ryder & Dutton was very competitive anyway. I have sold a couple of houses and always had issues but never have I felt reassured than when I'm speaking to Cath. She was always available, always helpful and always tried to help, even when it wasn't her job too. Both staff members are a credit to Ryder & Dutton and they deserve a pay rise for the amount of work they did on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Thank you for everything you did and I appreciate everything more than you know. Good luck in your future success. You two were amazing from start to finish. Thank you again Lee

Fantastic Estate agents, simply the best! So we put our house on the market back in 2023 and stupidly went with the cheapest option full of promises of quick sales etc.. But after 5-6 months we'd hardly had but a handful of viewings! So we decided to switch to Ryder & Dutton and within days of them taking over our listing we started to get viewings after viewings and within about 6 weeks we had an offer and our sale was agreed. Catherine Salisbury took over our sale and I can't praise her enough, she was fantastic from start to finish, chasing solicitors (due to quite a complex chain) always keeping us updated, she couldn't of done anymore for us, she is a credit to Ryder & Dutton. I just wished we'd gone with them from the start, so lessons learnt there. If you are selling a house in the area then save yourself a lot of hassle, time and money and go with Ryder and Dutton and if Catherine gets your file, you can be sure she'll give you everything.

She was absolutely pivotal in helping the sale go through as we had so many issues with the council and land registry. Would highly recommend and only wished she had been out estate agent.
