Being a first time buyer, every small detail of the process was new to us. The first person I spoke to at Ryder and Dutton was Catherine she booked the viewing for the house, it was her who rang to tell me our offer had been accepted and it was her who helped us with every question we’ve needed answering in the months that followed. Having someone so helpful and friendly at the other end of the phone makes a massive difference in what can be a stressful time, I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton. If all the staff are like her you cannot go wrong. She’s played a key role in such a special time to us. Thankyou Catherine.

Recently, I subscribed to their platform for my estate agency, and I was so impressed with its capabilities that I decided to fully integrate it with my website. While I could have added the functionality to my existing site, 10ninety also offers a website service. After seeing how efficient their system is, I decided it would be better to start fresh with a new website, and I’m so glad I did. They completely maintained my branding, and although the design has subtle differences, the integration with their software is seamless. The team created the website in less than 10 days! I worked hard on the copy, but they brought everything together beautifully. I trusted them to use their creativity, and they surpassed all my expectations. Any minor tweaks I requested were handled promptly, and they were always happy to accommodate changes. In just one month of working with 10ninety, I already know the team by name, Ciaren (website), Adam, Will, Kate, and Richard. Their customer service is exceptional. Whether it’s a call for support or a walkthrough while I learn the system, they are always patient and helpful.
