TrustpilotMisleading information and False advertising
Got notified the day a house went on the market for sale and expressed interest. Was sent an email advising to choose a date and time suitable to review the property so I did and thought all was sorted (or so I thought) Turns out the email the estates agent send you is so that the estate agent can then call you and get your business on their books, it’s nothing to do with viewing houses. Totally misleading and false advertising and I will be putting a formal complaint In with the governing body. I know it’s a dog eat dog world since covid but come on, this way of working is lower than the low. appalled by this tactic and I will not be buying a house through this estate agent.

We recently sold a property through Ryder & Dutton and we found the service we received exceptional. Our property was advertised professionally and we were shocked how much interest was generated so quickly and how quick it sold.Roisin, Shannon and Graham in the Rawtenstall office were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We were kept informed at every point with regular updates over the phone and by email. I recommend Ryder & Dutton whole heartedly and will not be looking anywhere else when we come to sell again.
