Very happy with the whole process of letting our property through Ryder and Dutton. Leann was informative, helpful and professional during our initial meeting. She explained through the different managing options. She remained contactable throughout. The rest of the team has also dealt with other issues really well so far. Definitely recommend and would happily use their services again.

I cannot praise them enough! The service we received from the very first phone call was nothing short of amazing. Georgia was incredible from start to finish. Buying this house meant everything to us and we felt she wanted it for us just as much as our family and friends. We were always met with kindness from the whole team. We felt like Georgia in particular went above and beyond for us. They ticked all the boxes. Friendliness, efficiency, speed, chasing things up, replying to emails quickly. We were first time buyers and it took 2 months from the day we put the offer in to the day of completion. Absolutely unbelievable. Thank you so much Ryder and Dutton, to Georgia and to you all. We are now in our forever home with thanks to you.

Rang up to book a viewing. Was told they would call us when slots were released but never bothered. In the end we managed to get a cancellation slot. Saw the house and made an offer. Spoke to Tom who seemed to just want to get me off the phone. He didnt tell me we needed to provide proof we had the money etc. Megan was not at all helpful. All cloak and dagger with information then just left a voicemail saying offer was declined and to ring back with any queries which I did but so unprofessional. Wish I had read other reviews before wasting our time.
