Alex McMahon looked after us from the beginning and kept us up to date all the way through. Whenever an issue arose, Alex would chase it up straight away and treated our sale and purchase as though it were her own. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful but my wife, Claire and I found that Alex and Ryder and Dutton as a whole did their best to alleviate most of the stress.

It took over 6 months to go through and Michaela was very helpful during what was a very stressful time. She always kept us up to date with everything and was always on the end of the phone if there was any problems - great service.

I use R & D as my letting agent for my one property. I had to chase my rent from them last month and they explained how this had happened. I didn't expect the same thing to happen the following month. And when I've phoned and emailed them I've not received a reply. I would not recommend using them due to the difficulties I've had communicating with them
