I had a really positive experience with Ryder and Dutton. Caroline was always available for any questions I had and was always in communication with me throughout the whole process. She made me feel at ease during a process which is normally a stressful time.

GoogleI really don’t know how to describe how much I was amazed by the service I had received and the professional service all the way through my application. From the day I went to view the property until my offer was accepted, and all the support of Megan and the assistant and all the updates about my application. It was a great and amazing service from start to the date I ve received my keys. Thanks Megan and everyone else in this office

GoogleBeing a first time buyer, every small detail of the process was new to us. The first person I spoke to at Ryder and Dutton was Catherine she booked the viewing for the house, it was her who rang to tell me our offer had been accepted and it was her who helped us with every question we’ve needed answering in the months that followed. Having someone so helpful and friendly at the other end of the phone makes a massive difference in what can be a stressful time, I can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton. If all the staff are like her you cannot go wrong. She’s played a key role in such a special time to us. Thankyou Catherine.

Ryder and Dutton have recently sold a property of ours, Nichola, Laura, Leanne, Martha and Kim have worked so hard to get the sale over the line having a very difficult buyer. We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Ryder and Dutton have taken beautiful pictures of the property and sold it very quickly, they are excellent at communicating and keeping you up to speed with the progress. thank you slaithwaite branch!!

When I put my house up for sale recently I wanted to use a firm that I thought would have a greater coverage area, so I decided to use Ryder & Dutton. They gave me a very fair, and as it turned out, acceptable valuation on my house.My wife and I had numerous viewings arranged very conveniently at times that suited us, by the extremely helpful and curtious staff.We were very impressed in particular though with our sales negotiator Nancy Holden. She kept us well informed of progress, any problems that arose and solutions provided and she was very proactive in dealing with various parties involved in the sale. She was always very pleasant and cheery to talk to on the phone and keen to provide a very professional service expected of a long established firm such as Ryder & Dutton.In all, she made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it otherwise could have been and is well worthy of our gratitude.
