GoogleWas really happy with Lucy Pointing as our sales progression team. She always replied to emails very promptly, she called me back everytime I rang if wasn't immediately available and she seemed like a hard working and a nice person to deal with, first time I have had such a positive experience when selling/buying a house.

GoogleWhen trying to contact the advisor assigned to your Property Sale they are either in a meeting, "on the other line" or annual leave. You can never get hold of them therefore not worth the money that they charge you. Would definitely not recommend this Estate Agent so don't waste your money and seek a reputable Estate Agent to Sell your Property.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

Your guy who came to look at our house and take photographs was very good, however from there on in your service is appalling. I can't get through to your office to discuss matters, nor can I see my property on your website.

Best selling agency in Merseyside by a mile. They offer premium service from start to finish, Adam, Alec, Jenni and Scott have been excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them, they understand the market, listen to their clients and deliver with care. I would work them again! This my seven house move and I wish used them before.

I have used Move before (7yrs ago) and they were excellent so used them again to sell my house and have accepted an offer within two weeks of valuation. The Move valuer recommended a price above my expectation and it is selling at that price. I am happy with the direct communication with the agent and recommend MoveResidential. GoogleVery poor communication and customer service! Constantly having to chase and I was past around several members of staff. Told on several occasions emails would be sent, or I would be called back with a response, which never happened. If someone would have told me how bad this company were before I proceeded with a purchase that’s now coincidentally fell through I’d have never bothered, if you don’t want stress, hassle and to be majorly out of pocket DO NOT use this company.

YellMOVE residential do not respond
Wanted to put a formal offer on a house at asking price and cash purchase and they declined, saying the could not contact the owner. I never heard back. After numerous calls to their office, which they never replied to, I gave up. Was told later that MOVE like to play the middle man game. Unfortunately for the owner, it actually sold for less than my offer. Work that out for yourself.

Don't expect them to get back to you when you enquire about properties, it almost as if they don't get paid on commission for selling your house. Standard excuses - "we didn't receive your emails" "no longer works here" amazing how unmotivated they are to follow hot leads....use them, but just be aware - telephone and make notes
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
