Lee Welch from Move Residential was absolutely fantastic. He worked hard to find us a mortgage and one which suited us, he was prompt and you could also tell that he actually cared. This made finding a mortgage much less stressful for us. We cannot thank him enough. Move Residential also made the buying part easier, putting us in touch with KMC solicitors. Overall, sale currently going through but very pleased.

We have dealt with probably 8 different estate agents in the area over the past 6 months whilst trying to buy our first house and unfortunately Move Residential have been shocking.We booked and completed a viewing of a house which was fairly painless. We found out from the owner during the viewing that the house was to be listed with another agent the very next day as they weren't happy with Move. We loved the house so put an offer in just below asking price after the viewing around 4pm as the owners were keen to sell quickly.The following day, Move required our offer to be "qualified" by an independent business (who oddly enough works in the Move offices). This was completed the day after the viewing. Then it all went quiet. We called the next day as we had no update or info. I even informed we were willing to increase the offer to full asking price. During this time and the next day the house was listed and sold by the other estate agents within 48hrs. We knew this as we spoke to the new agents who confined the house sold straight away.2 days later we still had no update on our offer from Move since it was qualified. Move haven't even called us back to inform us that the offer was not accepted, or that the house has now been sold. I called Move a few days after and spoke to the guy dealing with us and he had no update on the offer stating he couldn't get in touch with the owner. What a joke. We already knew the house was already sold with another estate agent.About 8 weeks later this house is still on the Move website and with Move on Rightmove with no mention of under offer or sold. I called and asked if they were taking any viewings. The guy said he didn't know so I explained weve already put an offer in on this house and heard nothing back and were very disappointed with the experience.He said he would investigate this and call back. Guess what... Of course nobody ever called back.Trying to buy a first house through them was a bad experience. I feel it we waited an extra day and booked the viewing with the new agents and offered asking we may have been successful. We now understand why the vendor moved to another agency. Surely having our offer on the table that has been verified by yourselves with all of our personal information and documentation sent and verified... we should have much received much more complete service experience, at the very least a phone call update on the offer. Heck.. Even an email saying 'not successful' would have done.

Called about viewing a property that was listed with Move Residential. I was told great and they would call the vendor to arrange. I was super keen to see this property so I informed them that I could see it at anytime and was flexible around the sellers. Another day passes so I called them back and they told me the house was sold. I understand that the market is booming at the moment, which is great for estate agents obviously. I do feel however that customer service has just gone out of the window when you don't call a potential buyer back - really poor.

Absolutely awful service from the sales team in allerton. To date now, I have tried to arrange 7 viewings with them for different properties and they never call you back. When I see a house I like and their names is attached my heart sinks. They are just shocking! One of the houses I wanted to see, and was considering putting an offer on, they never called back and it’s now just been reduced! I would never put a house up with them.

They showed me that they were constantly proactive and strategic during the time my house was on the market. I completed today and am very happy!

I had a mixed experience of Move Residential. Several times I left messages and no-one called me back, which led to a long delay in progressing the purchase of a house. They also said they'd relayed some information to me which they hadn't. I think they were very busy at that time with staffing issues but it was very frustrating. When we viewed the property for a second time we were unable to gain access to a specific area that we had requested access to in advance and the surveyor was also unable to gain access to (again we did ask for access during the survey). When I did manage to speak to staff the service was usually helpful, polite and friendly. But ultimately, I was frustrated by the experience as a whole and would not use them again.

Move Residential were a pleasure to deal with from the viewings to completion. We had no issues with organising viewings for the various properties we wanted to see, or when our offer was submitted. They were pro-active throughout the whole process, dealing with all aspects, including solicitors and helped our sale go through smoothly.

I viewed a property with this company. The house looked completely different to the photos. The garden and yard was disgusting rubbish everywhere and overgrown garden with weeds. The pictures looked glossy like they had done it out all nice and pristine but when I viewed the property it looked well lived in. The windows and front door looked like they hadn't been cleaned for years. The rooms looked way smaller than in the pictures. It's like they used a wide lens camera to make it look bigger. I felt as though I was rushed when I viewed it as someone else turned up to look at it. I was only there 5 mins. The agent seemed keen to get rid of me. The house was well overpriced for the size and state it was in. Very poor service would not recommend.

Our property took an age to sell due to a series of time wasters but everyone we dealt with at Move was highly professional and very proactive throughout. They undertook countless viewings for what was a low value property, handled numerous offers and achieved best price. For anyone looking to sell a property in Merseyside I doubt you could do better than Move Residential.

This company is either thriving and can turn down business or is run very badly. I rang about one property and was told someone would call me back to arrange a viewing, the call never came so I chased it up to be told the property wasn't taking anymore viewings, would have been good customer service for a call back to be advised of this and not left to the potential customer to chase up. Called a couple of days later re another property to arrange a viewing and again was told I would get a call with the viewing time and I have never had that call back and the property is still showing online. Other property I enquired about I was told someone had moved into it so why was it still showing as available on the website. I have also had friends who have not had very good experiences with this company so I would avoid if you can. Only gave one star as no choice to give zero stars.

Buying with no chain.Greeted by agent, who couldn't answer any questions we had about the property; who stood out the front door smoking while we looked around and couldn't even bring herself to say goodbye when we left. Not a nice experience at all. Have viewed 4 houses so far and this is the only agent who didn't introduce themselves, ask for feedback or discuss keeping in touch regarding buying. My husband is from Japan. He couldn't make himself believe that her attitude was anything other than obvious bias. Shan't bother with this agency again.

GoogleSHOCKING applied for rented property we told them the truth we both had bad credit spoke to landlord and they was fine, so we paid £450 for me/partner and a guarantor (most expensive fees compaired to other companies) we paid it because we liked the property so we sent our applications off, then agent calls saying because we both had bad credit (1 ccj each) landlord dosent want to accept us as they thought was just 1 of us, even though this was discused and agreed by landlord anddddd even told 2 agents over phone and about our credit which are meant to be recored! Were now £450 down all within 24hrs We will be taking this further!!!
