FacebookAbsolutely shocking communication from the Heswall branch they are a joke for two weeks trying to find an update for a purchase we are making to not getting one phone call back or being told I don’t know anything about it and having the phone put down, I can see why we don’t purchase any of our investments with this circus

Absolute sham of a company, taking holding fees is the new norm of standard charge for letting. Took a decent amount of me to be told a few hours later I'm not getting the property or my money back.chris the agent is polite until you transfer money after that he reverts to short abrupt e mails that are few and far between.AVOID!!

Unbelievable! Second time we have booked a viewing with move both times double booked!! Agent showing us around ill prepared. Couldn’t access property at first. Didn’t have alarm code. So alarm went off. Property £750,000 expected better service. Two of us looking round unbelievable. Decided not to proceed. Never again. Advice to sellers don’t use move!
Dear Liz, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Having spoken with our accompanied viewer, who showed you around the property yesterday, I think that we need to explain to you what happened. Unfortunately, we were never given an alarm code by our vendor when we took the property on so didn't have this available upon entry. Apologies that this happened - I appreciate that this isn't ideal when you enter a property and you are trying to look around.In terms of the double booking, this was completely out of our control and in fact, wasn't actually double booked. The other viewer was/is actually booked in for today and 4pm and not yesterday. Despite him having received an email confirmation with the time for today confirmed, he turned up yesterday. He didn't live locally and insisted he viewed the property. We don't feel that turning him away, despite his error, would have been in our vendors best interests. Having looked at your applicant profile, I can see that this is the only property that you have actually viewed with Move Residential. When you initially registered with us back in July 2020, you were booked in to see a property in the same development and you didn't actually turn up to the appointment that you had made, so it must have been another estate agent where you have been double booked. Given the nature of the market at the moment and how busy not only ourselves, but other estate agents are, sometimes there maybe more than one person viewing a property at any one time. My house was sold within 4 days of putting it on the market, but like most estate agents with people in a chain it’s the purchasers and buyers who do the ground work and pushing to create a move date happen, had to keep calling move residential on a regular basis to find out the latest situation as they didn’t keep us Upto date on matters
