Move Residential have been an absolutely superb & professional company to deal with. I would like to particularly mention Jenni Mitchell & Alec Stewart from the Heswall branch. I was impressed with this company’s marketing as it wasn’t an easy property to sell.Jenni & Alec both worked so diligently and professionally to get my property sale over the line.Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they kept me fully informed at every stage. Allerton lettings branch, terrible experience.

Allerton lettings branch, appalling service. Throughout my year tenancy you ignored my emails and requests for action to be taken about the condition of my property. When you answered the phone you lied and said something would be done and it never was. When I submitted my notice to vacate you tried to fix things so you could pass the place off as liveable to the next tenant. I spent my time and money fixing things in the property so it was safe for my children to live in, none of which is reimbursed. Disgusting level of service from a bunch of smug lazy staff. Do yourself a favour and find another property, do not rent from move residential.

Wirral branch - bad experience

Called to arrange a viewing of a property Move Residential were marketing on Monday at 9am to be told they’d contact the vendor and get back to me. By 2pm I’d heard nothing at all so emailed the agent I spoke to directly to let him know my week was filling up with my own viewings and asked if there was any progress. By 4pm the next day I’d still not heard back from the agent so called again and spoke to someone else as the agent I’d dealt with was unavailable. I was told the agent was having difficulty getting hold of the vendor. Whilst I appreciate that may be the case, a simple update informing me of that would have been nice! The agent then emailed me that evening to say they’d spoken to the vendor who was coming back to them with availability in the morning and the agent would call me. Well that was two days ago, I’ve heard nothing and I’m still waiting! Completely put me off buying with these agents and will look elsewhere instead.

Outstanding from start to finish

Outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with throughout out the house move process was friendly, knowledgeable and able to offer invaluable help and advice. The whole team was very efficient at chasing things up, keeping me up to date at all times and responded to all of my questions (and as this was the first time I have moved home I had many, many questions) quickly and in detail, making whole process far less daunting than I expected it to be. Couldn’t really ask for a more professional, friendly and pro-active team. Very happy to have chosen Move Residential.

Nothing but Praise for Move Tesidential

We have nothing but praise as buyers for Move Residential. They have been totally professional from start to finish during this process. We were informed about an available property by Liam, viewed it the next day and he assisted us in getting an offer accepted. We were assisted in obtaining a mortgage by Move's in house financial brokers David & Sophie and finally Holly from sales progression provided updates on a weekly basis. No stress whatsoever and I would recommend them to anyone. First class service and a very professional Estate Agents.

Rented a property out for me a couple of years back. Tennant did not pay any rent after1st month, wrecked the place, paid no gas, elec so everything in serious debt, then when tenancy was up she left with all the keys! Move did nothing about any of this except tell me not to try contact the tenant or I could be done for harassment. Was constantly fobbed of on the phone and they didn’t even attempt to contact the tenants guarantor despite me asking. I was left to deal with the stress, upset and financial aftermath.

Efficient And friendly

The best, friendliest service and staff who work hard, and care about their job and their clients. They were so efficient and got the job done quickly. We had been with a different agent prior to this one, who were really disapointing in comparison. As soon as we changed to Move ResidentiaI we could really tell the difference would highly recommend their services over any other agents! Really very impressed with them, and so glad we chose this agent.

Would Recommend

I'd had my property on the market for four months with another Agent with not one viewing. Move Residential at least secured me a number of viewings which unfortunately didn't come to anything (you can't force someone to buy a house they don't want to buy I suppose!) Nevertheless there was full feedback and they got the viewers through the door. Once I finally secured a Sale this went through quickly and pretty stress free. I'd use Move Residential again

I was supposed to view a property at 11:30 today. I arrived early at 11:20 and waited 20 minutes but nobody arrived from Move Residential. Not only was this very frustrating having taken the morning off work but they then had the audacity to say that they were there when I telephoned them and waited 10 mins before leaving which is an outright lie. I would never use this agent if I was selling a property. Wholly incompetent

Absolute Joke

Absolute JokeThe customer service with Move Residential is appalling. They seem to find it amusing that customers have to constantly ring them to get anything done. All I needed was a confirmation email stating that we wanted to evacuate the premises (well within the terms of our agreement and with over 6 weeks notice) which they seemed to find impossible to do. I've had to ring on a daily basis and I am beyond frustrated.
